- Location and staff
- The staff are both professional and personable. They go above and beyond. Absolutely lovely people.
- Pool area
Cons -
- Carpet was old- was put in a handicap room. Door and elevator was loud. Water was out for 12 hours or so.
- One day there was an old man working and I had to keep hounding him for towel and to turn on the water slides. It was way past 9am.
- They have a real problem with Keying the Rooms. I had to have my Key rekeyed 3 times. They acknowledge they were having issues with the keys. However, from others that have stayed there, this is an ongoing issue.
