The breakfast was AMAZING! Best breakfast at a hotel we have ever had! It definitely made up for any disappointments we had about this place.

We were super bummed to have the pool under maintenance and not open. If I would have known that, I would have picked another hotel. My children were crushed after a looooong day of driving.

We when arrived we were greeted by hotel employee. What a great pair. Our reservation didn't state that we travel with a service dog. Both of them were so kind they immediately changed our room to a bottom level for our dog. You girls ROCK ! ! !

Breakfast had very good options

The pool and hot tub was closed, the thermostat didn't work very well and the unit was kind of loud.

The bed was comfortable.

The hot tub wasnt warm, and didn't work. The pool was yellow and nasty. The walls in the room were peeling and stained black. The shower didnt work at all either. Absolutely horrible.

Location

Room was not being serviced till we caught the maid in the hallway and complained to the front desk. The heat/cooling system wasn?t working correctly in our room.

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast

The lobby was clean and pleasant. The staff were all very nice. The room was spacious and felt clean, the thermostat kept the heat or air conditioning set as we set it. The breakfast bar was very good and the staff was great.

The bathroom has a curve to the tub, we didn't have any issue with standing firm, but someone who is elderly or not stable on their feet could easily slip or fall. The bathroom also had sheetrock crumbling near the tub/shower.

Was not informed the pool was closed until check-in. Walls were dirty & had holes in them. The toliet wasn't seated & it rocked when being used. Bedding was snagged & stained. The beds were really hard & uncomfortable. Garbage behind the tv. Awful

The location and breakfast

No heat in the first room so I got a different room. The next day there was a dog barking in the room next to mine so I moved yet again. Not a pleasant experience.

The room was clean and a good size, holding a king-size bed and a small couch. There was a separate sink located in the room, besides the one that was in the bathroom. That was convenient! The breakfast was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, desk clerk was friendly & helpful.

Manager was rude & uncaring.

The manager was amazing, facilities were amazing, breakfast was fantastic, and the kids loved the pool (with basketball, wade area, and hot tub).

The floor around the toilets were quite filthy.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very nice. Location is good with dining, grocery stores, fast food working walking distance. The pool was very enjoyable and the kids loved it.

They were short staffed so there was no room service but the staff was good about supplying things you may need

Hotel was super clean, and staff was friendly, especially the manager. Good location next to grocery stores. Room was clean.

The late shift manager not very friendly and was hollering at my kids and knocking on our doors at night about noise and we were all sleeping!

Parking lot was having a party till 3 in the morning a very loud one that should have been taken care of.

We had to leave because of false advertising! They listed themselves as ¿pet friendly¿ but then we had to check out into another hotel because we pushed back against management who later decided ¿no cats¿

Both times I have stayed, the pool heater was not working, pool was cold.
