Best Western Golden Prairie Inn & Suites

Stayed at this hotel before , this time nothing was working. Pool, hot tub, ice machines, nothing working, not even front doors. Pillows terrible, breakfast average. Will not stay again

The friendly staff, the comfortable temp of the room & hotel on a 100 degree day and the great cookies!

Very clean and quiet hotel. Free morning breakfast was excellent with homemade options not your everyday prepackaged items. Best bang for your buck! I will stay again when I travel alone to spend a day or two on the Yellowstone River.

Tight parking lot was the only drawback

The plumbing sucked! Absolutely no water pressure when taking a shower, and the fridge also sucks. I had to stay cause my son was getting his tonsils out and all the cold frozen stuff we got him melted long before he could eat them.

The front desk employee was good, but while she was checking me in another female employee came up from the back and, not paying attention to who was there, used foul language. Not something I want to hear when checking into a hotel.

The hotel is very nice, really clean with friendly staff. The pool is nice and well kept up. We saw maintenence making regular checks. The breakfast was good, hot and with a number of options.

I wish the hotel had a place with local and regional tourist attractions.

There was hardly any breakfast when we went down around 8am. Ended up having to go to a restaurant in town.

The girl that checked me in was nice and got me checked in quickly. The advertisement stated that it was pet friendly.

Hotel employee was extremely rude! It is NOT pet friendly! I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. They charged $80 each night, 2 dogs the first night and 4 dogs the second night, the dogs were with me the whole days, not at the hotel. No pet bed for $20 per pet???

The room was very spacious and clean.

I was charged again even though, I presented my receipt that my room was prepaid. Which I was then told it would take up to 72 hours for the refund to be issued, which I am still waiting for...
