No ice machine no drinking cups tv did not work could not tell anyone because no one works there only in the cafe and it closes early for the price we paid for 1 night

We went to eat after paying and when we came back and went into our rooms we were a palled and disgusted and so we left and had to get another motel. I had to go into the hospital the next morning and I had to take a shower the night before and one in the

There was nothing we liked and I hope we didnt have to pay anything on my credit card

Owner was super rude, had to cancel my bank account and stay somewhere else just so I didn't get charged

Location

The lobby was closed majority of the time, making check in extremely difficult. There were no towels of any sort in the bathroom. The laundry room was really noisy all night long. The mattress was about 25 years too old and worn Out

There was still chocolate milk in our fridge in our room. No air conditioning. Huge stain on the comforter. Dead bugs in the sink. Overall, very dirty even after cleaned.

Accommodated late check in. Allowed pet with fee.

Linens were old and stained. Only had one towel. No screen on window.

The staff at check in was kind.

The room was filthy. I didn't even take my shoes off because the carpet looked so bad. The bed spread did not look washed. The chairs were grimy on the arms and the TV had one channel. The elevator had filth in the corners of the floor. Worst hotel.

It was a great location to the events and places we wanted to see.

The name of the hotel isn't the same as advertised here. It was called "Roadway Inn". The handle on the door was not screwed in and fell off every time it was bumped.

It's price and location are what I liked best about this hotel.

The room was run down and a bit grungy but the bed was clean. If your broke stay here like I did but if you have some money then you should go someplace else.

Stains on the carpet, partial bar of alsoap stuck to shower floor, tab on toilet seat broken.

The bed was comfortable

The a/c is linked to the whole building which leads to cigarette smoke in your non smoking room. Felt like I smoked a pack myself by morning. Stains all over the carpet. Had to raise the door handle for the card lock to work. Bulbs burned out.

The staff was helpful with the issues we experienced: last minute booking, smell in the first room we were placed, moving us promptly, and addressing midnight security concerns.

Manager stated it's under construction; it was a mess. First room reeked of cigarettes. At 12:30am, someone pounded on our door. There was no secondary lock. Long story short, we wouldn't stay here again until all remodeling is done, and safely.

Staff was friendly

Very neglected, key issues had to reissue keys frequently, drug operation run out of hotel garage !!!

It was easy to get to from interstate! That was the ONLY POSITIVE!!!!! Deceptive advertising... NAme of motel was changed six months ago!!

Motel was dirty! I wore my shoes in the shower and only because I was desperate for a shower after 18 hours in my car. Safety lock was broken on door. No batteries in the remote. Towels were stained, thank goodness I had my own. Lot was scary and filthy.

Nothing. Nothing about this hotel was good, the man at the front desk was rude and was cussing when we walked in talking smack about anything and everything that he could. The room was absolutely nasty. dirty sheets, a used bar of soap in the showet,

The hotel was gross the front desk person was very unprofessional the room was filthy the only thing it had going for it was that it was a block away from the event we were in town for

Good location / Cheap rates

Filthy hallways, filthy elevator, dirty room rug, missing half of curtain, flakey door lock, guest's dog taking a piss on the trash can at the entrance (it's a "pets welcome" place). But hey, you're a cheapskate and that's why you're considering it!

Great parking

Rooms were real old. Bed and carpet poor condition. Very noisey all night also. Paper thin walls. Rate this a D- Compared to Americas Best in Butte Montana. Staff real nice.
