Sleep Inn Missoula Southgate

The first room they put us in the floor was soaking wet and they said it was because the carpets had just been shampooed. They did quickly put us into a new room floors were dry, but it smelled like dirty feet. We were tired and just went to sleep

Breakfast worker was so kind, the pool was clean and the hotel overall was quiet

Elevator was noisy and kind of scary

Would like to have an exercise room with equipment (eliptical, treadmill, free weights, etc.)

The staff was very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. She fixed me a plate while I took out my service dog after I had gotten a late start. We had a wonderful chat while she finished her job. She made my stay memorable. 5 star service

The bathroom ledge had what it look like pee on it, pillowcases had blood looking stains, food left in the refrigerator, bed blanket had a big poop stain on it, there was stuff on the floor, yellowish stains on walls, infested with brown reclouse spiders

the woman working at the front desk was friendly and effecient, the rooms was clean, water was hot and everything worked, bed was comfy.

a closet would have been nice, and cream in the rooms for coffee would have been an extra little treat but it was fine

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable, parking was good and close to lots of stores and the price was right. Offering breakfast and hot tub and pool

Price, staff was excellent and cleanliness.

Was greeted warmly, reception very welcoming. Great breakfast options, with dining attendant engaged, efficient, and kept areas quite clean. Departure desk staff were also friendly, encouraged us to return in future.

The sign on the room door said the maximum allowed per night for two people is $---, so why were we charged so much more?? The website also said $20 per night pet fee up to 2 pets. It didn¿t say $20 per night per pet so misleading!

The bathroom door did not close, it was a pocket door, also the threshold broke in half entering the room, room was small, a note from last people says bathroom door not working why would they re rent it and not fix it, breakfast was not the best either

Great location, very nice rooms, pleasant lobby, nice pool and hot tub. I really like this hotel.

Had to switch rooms 4 times because each one was disgusting. None of the bedding had been changed! So gross. Do not stay here. Find another hotel!

Minimal toiletries no shampoo/conditioner one tiny bar soap. Old and not updated not worth price

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and location.

Breakfast was diverse (and includes a waffle maker). Pool has late hours (11 pm) which is nice for late arrivals who want to relax after a long day of driving.

There were some questionable stains on the bedding.

Supposed to be non-smoking hotel but room reeked of smoke smell. For -- a night it was very ordinary. I have stayed at much better Sleep Inns with much lower price. Would not stay here again.
