Nothing! Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. If I thought we could get a refund I would request it.

Everything, our room smelled, the breakfast was a joke, the bathroom looked like some of the trim was rotten. The way the shower looked we were afraid to use it. We had 2 dogs with us. Could not get them to eat night or morning. Ate just fine next hotel.

Stained sheets, dirty floors. Moved couch and found trash earwig underneath. Dirty shower, one of those places people live in and not great for travelers.

Free breakfast.

The screws were stripped out of the door latch and AC unit cover was broken and hanging off the air conditioner, and the fan in the bathroom was removed and the ventilation ducting was exposed and open in the ceiling and the sink was not draining.

Nothing. It was filthy!! It had mold and feces in it. The sofa had huge stains .

Dirty ,old smelling, shower floor dirty, door handle barely worked had to get rough with it.

The staff

1st room. toilet had left over poop in it. 2nd room was cleaner, but the overall of this hotel needs some major upgrades. Wall paper coming off of walls, shower tubs need updating. Linens need updated, they do not have a clean smell.

It was filthy. Staff was rude. They still haven't reversed the hold they put on my card fir incidental. Did I mention how overwhelmingly filthy it was?

The pictures advertising this hotel were misleading and not accurate. This place is a dump, a mess, gross and the rooms were not cleaned . I think they took pictures of a different hotel for the internet pictures of the hotel 20 Yrs ago

Dirty, very dirty . Run down . Homeless people hiding in the stairwell. Poor or non existent breakfast. We didn’t stay here . My kids wouldn’t go in the room. We went somewhere else .

Room was clean. Price was okay and cheaper than the 1-800 number with non-citizen, heavy accent and hard to understand CSR who answered.

The air conditioning noise was atrocious. I couldn't turn it off because room would have been hot & stuffy. This was negative enough to get the ratings I gave you, but it was the ONLY downside.

It was dirty, the linens had stains, shower was dirty, tv didn't work, the fridge froze my food, the door did not shut well, it smelled. Shall I go on. It was a horrible waste of hard earned money.

Close to downtown

Carpet was all stained; hair was on shower wall from a previous guest; sink was clogged and overflowed to the floor and got my meds wet; wifi was not secure and staff, while polite refused to call a manager or corporate to get this fixed

Laminate flooring, hot breakfast, bathroom fan, outdoor access.

Handicapped shower needs grout worked on.

Front Desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was worn out. Carpets stained missing light bulbs furniture damaged. Looked like a college room after an all night party

The cleanliness of the room. Felt gross. Dirty floors, hair in the tub, stains(you know the kind) on the red couch.

the room was nice, there were 2 sinks, the breakfast was pretty good

Everything, mold in the shower on the ceiling, wall fixtures dangling out of the socket, sinks would not drain, no security lock half was removed, blue painters tape holding up floor molding. I would not even give this a 1/2 star.

Shower was ok

The overall condition is poor. The lobby is musty, and in poor repair. The exterior needs updating and thoroughly cleaned. Discarded room items should be taken to the trash. The room furniture is old and torn. There were tears in the carpet & wallpaper.
