Always friendly and professional service here, in my experience.

Breakfast was unimpressive, but that's perhaps to be expected at this price level.

The waffles and yogurt were good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good.

No bathroom fan causing steam to build up, noticed that is causing a problem with the paint or walls.

This hotel even though it is located near busy I-90 and the airport was quiet. We found paths to walk for morning exercise that was tree shaded and quiet as well.

I would have liked to have the option of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Very nice front desk people and very clean hotel.

The toilets were short, about 14 inches off the floor, making it difficult to get back up; the toilet seat wants and a very small diameter. It took exactness and precision when sitting down, along with some minor adjustments.

It was as we expected?clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The price was good and the location was convenient, easy to get to & quiet.

I had one incident with a member of the front desk staff that made me somewhat uncomfortable. But I won?t go into details here.

Shower was a bit dated; don't stay here for the breakfast. Not convenient for a night out on the town.

Older, smells old, musty. Not been updated.

Hotel was very clean and looked recently renovated. Staff was friendly. Room was a tad small, but in great condition. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay!

Another guest had brought a very large dog into their room. I observed them carrying the dog in the hallway covered with a blanket so as not to be seen. During the night the dog began to bark and woke me up around 3am. Bad night.

The front desk agent on check in was extremely friendly, had a smile, and went above and beyond for our check in needs. The room wasn?t only cleaned but detailed. Working in hospitality for almost 20 years I couldn?t have asked for a better room.

Day staff was amazing, friendy and very helpful , night staff, one man, was very unfriendly, never even acted like we were there. Sad

The location was great for easy navigation to the dining, shopping and other necessary business meetings. The staff were courteous and helpful.

There was some intense smells of cigarette smoke in the elevator, and other spots, so some guests didn't care about the no smoking policies, which made it tough on those with allergies.

The breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Room was clean as well.

Location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking and lots around to get gas and food.

The air conditioner in the upstairs rooms didn't seem to work and was to loud to sleep with it was 90° out so it was needed and we were on the second floor too. Breakfast was not great, microwave eggs.... The only thing fresh was waffles and bananas.

System was down so I could pay at location was really disappointed at that. I was in a room next to laundry room so it was loud all night after a 9 hour drive and 9 more hours to go made it a short night.

It was well cared for and clean! It had a functioning elevator!

It's not that I didn't like it...but the parking was awkward in the back by the door.
