This hotel was incredibly disappointing! Overpriced for the issues, missing grout, dirty corners and BEDBUGS! I will never be back!

No hot tub. With clean out my brother's apartment and storage after his passing, we sure could have used a hot tub to relax in.

The rooms are beautiful, clean. Good hot breakfast in the morning and the staff are very warm. We will always stay at the hotel if we are traveling through Montana and would drive further (or less) just to stay here.

Absolutely nothing. Tremendous value for the quality of the rooms. It feels very safe as well.

Stains on the carpet in the room. It was overpriced for the condition of the room. Also, breakfast was put away at 8:50. Obviously I didn¿t get breakfast because I didn¿t get there til 8:50. Disappointing and not effort made.

The cleanliness and location of the hotel was definately one of the highlights. Also, the desk clerk was nice and did her job efficiently. I loved the breakfast and selection.

Pool was an ice bath and there was no hot tub. What kind of hotel has no hot tub in freaking Montana??

Housekeeping staff were the only salvation. Front desk was good but they each had a different awareness of the elevator issue. They all kept apologizing for it.

Second floor for handicapped room Elevator communication card not working ! Elevator doesnt work in afternoons when it gets hot Slow drain shower ! Shower spray has deviant sprays erratically. Slippery tile floor in bathroom.

They had a pretty decent COVID breakfast, good enough that I didn't feel ripped off, unlike some other hotels we've been to. Room was clean; hotel felt very new and clean. Very close to lots of restaurants and Walmart.

There was some really disruptive and confusing construction going on at the exit the hotel is at. Not a problem with the hotel itself, but it was frustrating to get to. If it weren't for that construction, though, the location was very accessible.

Located right off I-94. Friendly staff and a nice clean room. They accommodated two changes to our stay due sickness and car problems.

Check-in clerk was friendly and very helpful, helped me take my luggage to my room. Only stayed one night but the suite was very clean and satisfactorily baby-proof. Was nice and quiet through the night so my daughter was able to sleep.

TV remote was frustrating and unresponsive. In morning, was offered a grabngo bag. One had a muffin and orange, the other had a muffin, orange, and frozen apple juice, so they weren't packed the same. All the carts were gone and the elevator was broken.

Excellent bedding and mattresses, I slept so well! Rooms were very clean and comfortable, just excellent all around.

No, it was exactly what I want in a hotel.

It was midnight and our key would not work after 4 trips down stairs the manager finally gave us a new room.. still not sure why it didn''t work??

Friendly front desk and when we had car trouble the maintenance man gave us a jump start to get us on our way. Great breakfast, great staff, great room!

Ample parking available and close to restaurants.

Very poor insulation resulted in a noisy stay.

Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet for a motel on the "main drag"

No "do not disturb" hanger and housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30 am.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast was better than average. Updated and clean.

Noise from hallway was annoying but it ended around 10 and you could not hear the rooms next door which is good.

Great food experience. Checked in and ate complimentary soup and an apple for dinner at the hotel. In the morning the self serve breakfast had everything and it was good. Carry our bags in AM with continental breakfast available too.
