YES! Brit - front desk, if she was there reacted as though she was inconvenienced if asked to assist us. Showed us one room and had to go into the room 'first' and flush the toilet!! 'SuperBreakfast advertised 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. She didn't show until 7:15!

The room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. It was in need of repairs to the wall in the bathroom the fan was extremely dirty as well as the a/c filter (which I cleaned before using). bathroom had a urine smell/left the fan on with the door closed.

The room was clean and the help was very friendly and accommodating.

The TV didn't work. The microwave went out after one cup of tea. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast was limited. The hotel was experiencing difficulty getting help. It is in a small Montana town and many places like this are having difficulty.

The "super start" Continental breakfast was a joke. It was the worst excuse of a free Continental breakfast we have ever experienced. It was simply 2 cold cereals to choose from but no milk left.And one waffle maker.No fruit, no hard boiled eggs,no toast.

The bedspread had stains present. The room was not clean. There was no coffee in the room. They said they had a breakfast buffett and the only breakfast they had was some waffles. Orange juice empty, and only coffee available was in lobby.

Staff was very arrogant, unprofessional, non cooperative, rude , lazy . Especially Brittany.

Nothing! It was filthy and the AC was loud and not working properly.

They committed for breakfast but nothing was there even after 7AM in morning. No representative was available to attend any queries or support.

1. No chair/couch 2. Ice machine down 3. Self washer/dryer down 4. An old safe and mounting bar was stashed in a corner 5. Trash was never taken out (4 nights stay)

Room had only 1 chair for 2 people. Couldn't figure out how to get channels on the TV. Could not read the buttons on the air conditioner, had to turn it off. Only 1 staff on duty. Breakfast was coffee, juice, fruit loops, cornflakes and waffles.

Smelled like dog pee and check in was very extensive with just two cars in the lot. Mine was vandalized and staff had nothing to say about it

Nothing for breakfast! It is listed as having Continental Breakfast, I DON'T feel a waffle iron only is considered a Continental Breakfast!!! No juice, no cereal, not even any fruit. Very disappointed in this.

People ,room smelled like smoke ,lot of damages I was afraid I would get blamed

Breakfast in cluded is a lie. Desk clerk in morning was rude and said its being"fixed" with a smirk.No elevator and half of the rooms are on the second floor.

It was not as clean as should be. They had a waffle and coffee for continental breakfast. Nothing else.

we were on a non smoking floor and there were people smoking pot the entire night...the continental breakfast was a joke...waffles, oatmeal and that was it.also there was not staff at the desk in the morning. the overall part of the room was nice.

To leave the carpark

The product we ordered, a room with two queen beds for my family of four was not provided. Instead a dirty room with one bed was available when we arrived just after 01:00 AM. We informed hotel of late arrival. Refund in morning was refused.

The location had nice view and the day mgr was trying very hard to keep up with laundry and cleaning rooms due to shortage of eorkers

The hotel staff very stressed due to shortage of staff. It was strange as appeared to be moving in and setting up. Rooms were low quality and breakfast was in brown bags but McDonald next door as no bags left.
