Quality Inn Havre

Absolutely nothing.

We had a reservation and they didn’t have a room for us. We drove 6 hours and arrived at 10:45pm. They could’ve called and told us there was an issue so we could find alternative lodging. Hotel employee was rude and the place is a sketchy dump.

All I could smell was chlorine. Our room wasnt cleaned. There were cup rings on the furniture and the shower hadn't been cleaned.

Easy to find and the coffee was good

It stunk like chlorine when you walk in from the pool location. Walked into the room and it had a nasty odor. Breakfast the next morning was horrible. No forks, no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. Eggs we're gone and 2 piece's of bacon left.

Older, mildew smell. Had to go buy an air freshner.

Listed as casino hotel, no casino. Dirty, pool was covered in plastic, halls were dark, drunken people just circling the building all evening. Police were there several times.

It was a handicap room but it had a low toilet and hard to get off

Breakfast was terrible! no meat, had to request refill of syrup, orange juice. Very limited breads! The parking they sent us to was in the rear of the Hotel totally filthy, right next a railroad switch yard.

It was very run down in lobby/pool area. Hot tub wasn?t open. But mostly, the bed cover in our room was dirty and we had to have them replace it. Fridge had dried on spilled juice in it. I told them at the front but they didn?t do anything about it.

The building is old but clean and has excellent service.

First their shuttle doesn't work and the hotel sent Sudan with no breaks. An invasion of bed bugs at 11:00pm and the hotel switched rooms for me which disrupted my sleep all night. neutral

Yes, first bed bugs and secondly using dirty unauthorized vehicle to pick clients up.

Hotel run down, not very clean. Allowed pets but no grass for them to use.

Very clean hotel with an excellent breakfast.

I would have loved to stayed here during our complete visit in Havre. But this hotel like others does not freshen up rooms. I understand not changing beds but a fresh towel and garbage pick up doesn¿t seem much to get someone to stay longer.

The swimming pool

Hotel had ants, some stranger kept getting into our room and the staff was no help with that.

Location, price, friendly staff, and a average breakfast

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was really good.

That the pool wasn't up and in working order. When i reserved the room nothing was stated that the pool was out of order.

Price and proximity to Amtrak station were the only factors on this trip

It¿s worn down. Vending machines out of order, pool closed, carpet tears all over hallway and steps. It¿s just not a very clean place. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful.

Close to where our sports event was happening. Close to earing places. The pool was a great bonus!

The room smelled like good cleaning products when we walked in and the staff was friendly at all interactions. Bed, shower, fridge, microwave, and coffee pot is really everything I needed!

The room needed some minor maintenance mostly cosmetic like the bathroom door and sink¿ not the most comfortable bed but have slept on way worse!

This is an old hotel and from my perspective it is a firetrap with no doors between sections of the hotel. We were upstairs around a corner down the hall and then to the right. All this with no separation from each section.

The bed was sooooo comfortable, we slept great! It was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the free wifi and breakfast.
