Friendly staff and breakfast

The breakfast was great, as well as the breakfast staff and front desk. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well-kept.

What the housekeeping cleaned was great,but there were many areas they missed. The deadbolts were nearly impossible to use because the doors were out of adjustment. We talked to the front desk and hopefully these will be remedied.

Breakfast offerings and cleanliness were excellent

No water fountain or other means to fill water bottles.

Great location,room,breakfast. I stayed there on my return because I liked it so well.

We had to stay an extra day...car trouble...the staff was so great to work with and made our 2 days there so very enjoyable...all staff made us feel like family...great hot tub and pool...yummy breakfast...clean comfortable.

Did not stay

When reserving in your system said pet friendly. Called motel to confirm this & was informed not pet friendly. Now charged for a room I had to cancel due to your system not being up to date on motel restrictions.

The room was great and the breakfast added a big savings to the stay. Overall was a good pick.

I was surprised to be placed on the second floor and no elevator. Not sure what those with health issues would have done in this case. But otherwise, the stay was great.

Room was clean and the pools was great. Food was okay

Wi-fi service didn't work. Front desk had no idea how or who to contact to boost wi-fi service. Many guest complained at front desk. I called customer service for Choice Hotels, but they were closed. If you depend on internet, terrible place.

Room was clean and friendly staff, also had a pool and hot breakfast. The front desk had Brew Pub pizzas for $10, delicious!

We wanted to take our son to the pool but it was occupied by a Zumba class. The front desk employee said the owner rents out the pool on weekdays. Would have been nice to have use of the pool at the time we preferred to go.

Hotel staff were great, the rooms were ok and it was clean , the shower did not have a lot of water pressure but water temperature stayed the same. The break fast at this place was not great

The tv "reception" worked poorly, with the picture and sound dropping out a lot. The Business Center computer didn't work, so you couldn't do emails... the Front Desk staff person was negative towards me when I asked about it. Etc.

The staff is so nice and helpful, the room was really clean, breakfast was good, and the pool is awesome!! We'll be back!!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast decent.

I had to be moved twice. I had driven 500miles and I really needed to sleep. Upon check in i was assigned a room next door to a Barking dog called the desk and asked to be switched which they did into a room that was under construction. Was moved again.

Good location. Typical 3.0 star hotel. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend.

Very quiet. No banging doors. No elephants in adjoining rooms. I slept well.

There was no fitness center, which I would use if available. I have no use for a pool. I believe my comments here echo the feelings of an older demographic of travelers. Pools are for the kids. The older demographic (like me) want a fitness center.

Breakfast was very good

Hotel and rooms smelled of carpet or spray deodoriser fairly strong. Everything seemed clean, so not sure why the reliance on carpet or spray deodorisers.
