Super friendly staff. Newer motel. Clean. Modern. Good price. The room door stayed open to allow For easy unloading of the luggage cart.

Curtains let in a lot of light.

Comfortable bed

Tub drain was broken. Room Door was not hung properly and had to be forced open and closed. If you weren’t paying attention you wouldn’t realize it had not shut all the way.

New decor, however felt like it was missing some furniture, could have used a sofa

Very dirty. Bathtub, shower, sink and mirror were very obviously dirty

The hotel is remodeling, NOT included in any information.We had to deal with the smell of fresh paint from other rooms, step over/around paint hoses/power cords.Hallway/elevator not clean. Staff not friendly. Room phone did not work. Water pressure bad.

The mattresses seemed new. Room was cool and comfortable.

It is ripped up because or remodeling and it seems like it has been in the state for awhile! That in itself made it uncomfortable and awkward. Boxes everywhere. Debris. The staff wasn't overly pleasant either.

This was a great value. Room was clean, breakfast was good, right off the freeway. Staff was on top of things and friendly.We did not use the pool. We will stay here again when playing on the Yellowstone River.

Location, Nothing else

Room was clean. . We were warned during check in that the Hot water was not working. The Fridge leeks and no hot water

Great location, everything worked (ie fridge, tv, microwave, elevator, air conditioning), room was clean enough

Hotel is older and, as such, had a darker, heavier feel. Deadbolt on room door would not lock so we had to prop items against the door. We had the suite and the beds were ok but the pull out bed had big stains on it, was run down, and very uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. I had been traveling for two weeks and not sleeping well. Astoria had a real bed with some firmness to it instead of the ridiculous squishy beds most hotels seem to favor.

Microfiber sheets and pillowcases. Go back to cotton please.

The staff was very friendly and the little restaurant across the street had the best food. Pool and spa ¿permanently closed.¿

The room was disgusting. I found a PILL in the floor along with tons of evidence the room hadn¿t been cleaned, much less properly, in months. We had the housekeeper come vacuum and clean the bathroom but she still missed so much trash.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was pleasant and while it didn't include what was advertised,the breakfast was okay.

Advertised pool & jacuzzi are permanently closed. No fridge/microwave, despite listing them as being there. Only 2 towels in a room that sleeps 4. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty. Bedsheets weren't very clean. Breakfast was okay. No biscuits & gravy.

Staff were kind and courteous and very helpful

Room was dirty and bathroom was filthy Floors walls countertops have not been washed in a long time I would not stay here again.

The desk lady, tried so hard to fix the situation, but it is hard to fix a broken, neglected hotel.

Room #1, was never cleaned/made up. rm #2, the bed was obviously just made, sheets unchanged. Hair & dirt, they had creases and wrinkles from the last guests. Widows were smeared with um?? something. 3rd room not much better. NO Soap supplied.

Availability.

The free breakfast. It was scheduled from 6 am to 9 am. I got there at 6:45 am, and all of the hot food was gone. I stayed, eating my cold cereal and unbuttered toast, until 7 am, and no one ever showed up with more hot food. Very disappointing!

The pictures matched what you see. Breakfast was good. Gas station convenient store next to property.

The coffee at the breakfast was terrible. It was from a machine. Need to have brewed coffee

Breakfast served from 6-9, there was nothing to eat by 7:30 and they wouldn¿t make any more. If you have a continental breakfast it should be stocked from open until close, or at least close to close. Pool was closed and appears has been for some time

We stayed the first night, they checked us into a room that some one else was in, the new room the lock was broken, The manager was beyond helpful and apologetic in which was human error, so we decided to stay again, light in BR was broken

The 2nd stay the light was out in bathroom and hard to sleep all night because refrigerator raddled all night, the carpet had garbage from previous stay. We love this location but definitely not well kept for the money, the manager was awesome

Hotel had a great breakfast. Staff were friendly, and acknowledged that this location was lacking many supplies.

I give the hotel some grace as i'm sure they're very understaffed. Room looked like it had been very lightly cleaned.. a bit dusty on tables and shelf. Pillows looked tinted yellow, a bit old too.

I did not like that there was one woman working the whole thing with little help. She couldn't provide regular breakfast or open the pool. Not fair at all she was working her butt off and looked exhausted
