Wall plug in were not near the bed. Not a problem for me as I travel with extension cords

Room was barely big enough for the bed. No tv service. No microwave. Hallway just big enough for 1 person to walk down.

It exceeded expectation based on other reviews and being a 2 star hotel. For the price- it was good. Staff was friendly to get us checked in. We had a room you van pull right up to and unload through private outdoor entrance. Hot shower. Breakfast in am

The room was clean, close to downtown, and staff was great. I was not in the room that much, as I was at basketball tourney most of the day and did not return until night. It took me awhile, but I finally figured out the tv and good selections.

Not really, other than that the water did not get that hot for shower on one day and no heating in bathroom.

Very shabby overall. Smokers around atrium, so whole area smelled. Shabby carpet. Dark paneling in rooms - outdated and dingy. Tub drain rusty. In city area, so not a pretty view. Happy with all other comparably priced hotels on our 2-week trip.

It is truly a dive. The person who checked me in was nice, but the hotel is decrepit. I had real concerns about bed bugs and safety as the lock did not work.

The cost for the poor value.

Bathtub was old, not clean, and didn't drain fast

The breakfast was decent/pretty good.

Facilities were old, ceiling in room had a section that was falling apart, tub was old and dirty looking. Toilet seemed not to flush properly.

Not a lot of choices in Glasgow so you take what you can get. The actual room was clean and comfortable.

It’s very dated and the lobby smelled terrible. It’s a very old place with attempt to remodel it. The door hardly worked. The handle was very finicky to get it to open.

The first room the toilet would not fill quickly and the tv didn't work. After switching rooms - the tv had to be turned on off and on by hand. Same for volume. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The beds were very old and not comfortable. Also, they overcharged from the amount that I was told they would not exceed.

They had a nice breakfast with sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, etc. The staff was very nice.

It was a little dated, but they were updating. No carts available. When we went for breakfast, there were only two tables. One had cleaning supplies on it and the other was occupied by a guest and an employee. We ended up standing (of course we could have asked to have the cleaning supplies moved). The batteries were dead in the tv remote.
