The Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, Ascend Hotel Collection

Pros +

• Nothing was as it showed on their website,the entire place is under construction. The only good part was that when we choose not to stay we got our refund right away.
• The three queen size beds were really nice. I was traveling with two of my adult children. Hard to find a hotel that has more than two beds.
• The staff was very kind and helpful

Cons -

• The place is being renovated, it appears as if they suffered some kind of flooding due to being right next to a river. New stuff was sloppily done, old stuff was filthy.
• Wifi was very weak and spotty. Wifi kept dying and disconnecting almost every 5-10mins. Breakfast is NOT included in the room charge. There is an attached restaurant and it'd cost $18 per person for the buffet.
• The hot tub could be warmer, and it qould be nice if there was some time when kids were not allowed in it. It made it difficult for adults to relax and enjoy. Maybe some A/C in the 2nd bedroom. (We had a 2 room unit). But every thing was really nice,
