  • Location, nice hotel good breakfast
  • Very clean, very professional, this is one of the nicest places in Butte. The little casino restaurant across the street has very good food, it¿s almost like having a place with an in-house restaurant.

Cons -

  • Not given any clean towels during a 4 day stay until we requested them. Hotel room was not cleaned during our four day stay. The quality of the free breakfast was poor. Towels are awful. Internet service was terrible. Most expensive room in Butte.
  • Zilch for premium channels on TV, hotel costing this much one would expect something
  • One desk staff person was a little bit snotty about the Internet being intermittent. (they were doing some kind of upgrade ) Everyone else was very polite and friendly.

When we arrived, the young lady at the front desk was most helpful with our requests. She also took the time to assist us with local attractions and eateries. We could not ask for more from her. Top notch !!!!!
