- It was extremely clean. The layout of the room was very comfortable.
- Lobby amenities
- The location of the hotel is very convenient for my travel. The staff serving the breakfast are courteous and very helpful.
Cons -
- We went to the downtown location by mistake. It was a bit confusing on our GPS. Water pressure was a bit low. I have very thick hair and had to work to rinse it.
- Staff at the check in did not give me information about the included breakfast nor offer me a choice in the rooms which, she did for the next guest checking in, without prompting, within earshot of my having checked in. I found this highly unacceptable
- The hot tub and the tv did not work. We stayed at the hotel to take a hot tub after the football game that evening and watch a playoff football game. It was very disappointing that both things we planned were not possible.
