Big Horn Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I got a really good price for this hotel and it has so many fun things to do. We went to the water park and the casino. Didn't have a chance to go to the arcade due to time restraints but we are coming back. Staff was excellent.

You definitely need to stay more than a day because the activities start later in the day and since we were there only a day we couldn't try everything

There was a blood stains on my blanket! I noticed it when I went to find my lost earbud! It was dark when I went to sleep and to find that made me sick. The water park was overcharging and wouldn’t correct their mistake. The no internet was understandable

There should possibly be more people working the breakfast buffet. We arrived 30 minutes before close, and many items were out and several people were waiting. There was only one worker, and they were hustling and working hard, but clearly stressed.

It was pet friendly, and the room didn’t have carpet.

Holiday closure if swimming pool and water park un expected. Cleanliness ess of room was questionable.. i.e. hair in tub pee on front of toilet bowl. Crafty windows.. small double beds.. barely fit 2 people.. extremely firm matresses

Always love staying here for the water park and the nearby restaurants, not to mention the affordability.

stayed multiple nights, asked Rhea for towels for swimming as no towels available in the pool area. No maid services (our choice) but asked for more towels, this was refused. Would have given full stars but this is unacceptable guest service.

I appreciated the hotel was a good location and easy to get to.

Walls are paper-thin, so you hear EVERYTHING. My bed was covered with what I assume is dog hair. We had just arrived, so I know it wasn’t from us. Bed was horrible. The park is not inclusive $15pp MORE

Location seemed "safe" and was near other good hotels and restaurants.

Room was not clean. Found rubber bands for braces and hair from previous guests. Also, loud. Even at night. Window view was a roof and AC unit. The vinyl "wood" floors.. ick. Also, the maid knocking on the door at like 8 am was frustrating. Vinyl "wood"

Location off highway, waterpark for kids.

Breakfast ends too early and the bathroom smelled like urine and there were little bugs flying around in the bathroom.

I booked two rooms and we were not near each other.

Very clean and quiet, the staff was very helpful and a great location.

Clean and spacious rooms, working hot water and plenty of water pressure, nice clean beds that are worthy after days on the road driving x country, nice people and great breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing, don?t stay here. They charge for the water park anyway, so stay somewhere else that?s nicer and then go to the water park separately. You?ll only save $2 per person if you pay $--- to stay there... not worth it!! The water is cold too!

It was an awful experience! The front desk woman was a nightmare, so rude! People w/young families were LOUD until 1:15 am! They charge extra for the cold water park. The room was gross, drips on walls, spilled chips in the connecting door w/ants!

Mattresses were VERY worn out. They were beyond lumpy, the mattresses were breaking down. Carpet in hallways was stained and worn-out......Entire hotel is overdue for a remodel/refresh

The front desk lady was not great she was slow and snappy acting like you are nothing her when she had to check you in.
