Great breakfast with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Lady helped me pack breakfast into a box to take upstairs for my kids, who were still sleeping. Pretty decor with navy blue and wood trim, with the stone everywhere. Highly recommend!

I left my sons medicine and when I called I had to call for 30 mins straight just to get the front desk and for them to tell me they threw it away

The hotel was not enforcing its own mask mandate. Staff explained there was nothing they could do about unmasked patrons due to corporate policy.
I loved the king suite with sleeping area amd a separated tv area. The kitchen was perfect .

Construction was going on inside hotel
I liked the homely feel from the friendly front desk staff down to the real fireplace (it was nice warming up in the front of it after spending the day in the extreme cold!). The dining room was really nice and the free breakfast was adequate.
Some of our neighbors kept making a lot of noise (e.g., slamming doors, talking loudly, etc.). Our upstairs neighbor was especially bad because late at night it seemed like he/she was walking really loudly and creating all sorts-of havoc!
The hotel was near everything we wanted to go to. It was in a comfortable, safe, and clean environment.
The room was not as large as we really needed it to be. When I booked I did not find any larger rooms for rent on the site, even though I know they do have larger suites.

For as new a property as this is, the beds were very worn and noisy and the pillows were just horrible. For as nice a place as it appears to be on the outside...don't go needing to use any toilet paper. Rough, course single ply...very cheap.
The staff are very friendly the rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and plenty of options.
Served a lite meal in the evening, along with wine and beer. Excellent. It was nice after driving all day to get to the hotel and they offered a free lite meal. It was very nice and relaxing, as well as the staff was outstanding.
Breakfast had a good variety of food. It was great to see a 7 year old picky eater get full. The 2 room suite with a couch and chair worked great for us. This hotel a 5 star in my opinion.
