The young lady who was the clerk when we checked in was EXCEPTIONAL!

Was NO shampoo and VERY LITTLE conditioner in the shower. The laundry was bag for our dirty clothes was exceptionally small, barely held our underwear 😑 breakfast was eh, but LOTS OF IT and good selection 😀

The lady who just worked an 8 hour shift at another hotel, had to fill in at this one at night and was extremely friendly and helpful

1. stains on carpet 2. sink was plugged 3. toilet didn't flush 4. windows were extremely filthy 5. bed topper was for a smaller size bed 6. tv was upgraded and didn't work 7. fridge didn't work 8. phone didn't work. no dial tone. 9. FILTHY hotel

the people weren't rude in the rooms last place I went I had to be moved like 3 times because of the noise

Was not in a safe part of town; did not have secure outside doors. At 4:00 am a group of teenagers walked in and tried to beat a door down with a fire extinguisher. The hotel was rundown and dirty.

The location

The room was not good. Bathroom was like a closet with a sliding door. The light in there barely worked. The room was dirty. Whole place was dingy. The outside hallway door was broken so anyone could walk right in. Breakfast was very slim pickings.

The staff

The room was small and need attention. The bed showed signs of needing to be replaced some time ago. The batroom room was small and again needed a make over. The brekfast offerings was subpar and the space iimited.

Location

We rejected the first room because there was mold on the carpet and the bathroom floor was all wet. The second room was questionable. We decided to sleep on top of the covers for a few hours then got up at midnight and left. definitely paid too much.

Staff was helpful. Location was great for traveling through on I-90

I had to wait about 10 minutes for desk staff - said she was "out getting her dinner". Room had some issues - extra security lock on door was broken, and even with door closed light from the hall still came in. Bathroom floor wet in one spot.

Front Desk Staff

No handle on the cold water spicket for the bathroom sink to turn on water. Hot water worked fine.

Nothing at all, very limited breakfast options, towel covering smoke detector, staff writes a letter to say "be right back" and sitting outside in their car smoking with partner, the smells in the room, carpet all stained up, the bathroom door hangs up

This hotel is not a 2.5 star hotel, homeless /drugs and police presence, the sliding bathroom door that you can't close, gets stuck in the wall. The male staff member working the night I checked in seemed like just a filler, no customer service skills

Continental Breakfast, bed comfortability

Light shining at the door of the room, makes me think it wasn?t closed all the way. It was.

Front Desk Greeting

Dirty Room, Door to Parking Lot was not secure, Breakfast Not Ready at 7 AM, Coffee was horrible and cups were too small for the metered pour

Not much

We had a reservation, but they considered us a no show, because we got in late, 2 am, the night guy went ahead and gave us a room, and left a note for the morning people, the morning people didn't see the note, and tried to barge into our room,

The original room they gave me had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The lights did not work in the second room. The third time was good. Front desk person wanted to do everything she could to make sure I was comfortable.

The manager or owner who ever he was coming to my room late at night because of an issue that should have been taking care when I first checked in not while I'm sleeping and he should not have tried to push his way into my room like he did

Staff at the front desk was TERRIFIC. At check in there were others with several dogs creating a mess. Staff took very good care of us making sure we would be comfortable and that our room was away from the dogs.

The staff was kind, friendly, and helped me with my late check in. I was traveling and ended up having to check in at 3:45am.

Efficient room, ice handicap shower, full bottles of shampoo and conditioner

Drains were a bit slow

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The internet was so slow I could not complete tasks like I wanted to. The cooler wasn't very cool for being as loud as it was. There was someone else's dessert still in the freezer.

The room , I asked and paid for a suite and had nothing but room barely to stand
