Friendly staff. Located close to freeway.

Kind of old but clean. Breakfast was ok.

Every staff member smiled and said something nice. The room was cleaned and updated. The hot tub wasn¿t working and the desk clerk immediately came and helped us

Holiday inn express is my favorite place to stay when I travel. Always clean , good breakfast and I have never had a problem adding days or checking in.

The places around the major cities in Montana were twice the amount as everywhere else. It was a unpleasant price gouge from our vacation funds.

The updated interior was beautiful. It was clean and the breakfast very good for buffet style. Well stoked buffet and the serving/eating area keep very clean. .

Location. Further away from the metro Billings area.

Location to I90. Clean. Good shower water pressure. Warm cinnamon roles and good coffee breakfast.

This is one of the best Hotel stays I have ever had! CLEAN!! Friendly! Accommodating! And the breakfast was amazing! The cinnamon rolls were exceptional! Highly recommend this location!!

My only complaint, which really is more like an observation... there sign is NOT visible from the roadway. It sets to low to the ground and does not capture your attention unitl you have passed and by. Otherwise this is an AWESOME location to stay!

Location off interstate.

The tub was not clean the floor was dirty. In these times may be the best we get.

Rooms were amazing

We're told pool was open till 11 and they shut down the pool 1st nighthawk 10 then 2nd night at 9 if we couldn't get privilege to use a pool we paid for I could of stay somewhere way cheaper

The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable

The entrance to the hotel is very poorly Marked. A very small sign that¿s probably only 2 foot tall you know the hotel is back there but very hard to find the entrance

Great service at the desk.

Advertises a hot breakfast but it turned out to be grab-and-go. (This may have been due to remodeling.) $--- seemed like a high price for the room and amenities.

The motel was nice and the staff was friendly

There was some kind of disinfecting wipe in between the comforter and sheets. It made me question how clean the room really was.

Great staff, comfy bed, big shower, clean.

Handheld shower sprayer kept falling off the wall. Floor got really wet.

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

When I turned on the hair dryer it sounded like a blender and it was burning inside and started smoking so I couldn’t use it.

Room furniture is dated… The wood is worn out… No fridge in the room? That was a surprise…

Location was o.k.... Breakfast was fine... the cleanliness of the eating area was way above average... food was well presented... lobby area nice... parking o.k even w/our p/u and 14 foot trailer...

no shampoo or cream rinse on day two; but icing on the cake no coffee cups. nights 4 and 5 no cream rinse, lotion x 2,and this after I mentioned at desk that we had none on day two. go figure. no coffee on day 5. ugh! amenities? go figure!
