Construction in the lobby no ice machine. Totally torn up lobby.

The morning staff were much more kind, helpful and trying so hard to work through a rough time of remodeling. The nighttime and checkin, ya NOT so much.

VERY disappointed in the construction and how it was being handled by check in staff. Morning staff MUCH kinder and more helpful

It is in the middle of a massive remodel. The whole place had sheetrock dust every where and smelled like wet taping mud and carpet glue. the elevator was out of order and the toilet leaked all night with the fill valve turning on every few minutes.

For the shape the place was in they should have been discounting the price of the rooms

The room was outdated, the bathroom had mildew on the walls, and the drywall looked to be separating. the more Fairfield's I stay in the more disappointed I get with the quality of their rooms and the overall condition of the hotels.

The hotel was old, dirty, beds were uncomfortable, no coffee available for breakfast.

Nothing. Should have received our money back.

Pool was closed without advertisement that it was and had been under construction. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff unfriendly. TV picked up five channels, and not the local channels.

The reception area was

There was black mold in the shower, the toilet was filthy and you could see water damage through the room. We asked for a different room and encountered the same thing.. We ended up leaving.

Yes the room was falling apart. The molding on the corners was barely hanging on the wall the dresser was broken and the drawers kept opening The curtain was so dirty it was truly disgusting! The pool was closed and there was very few people there.

Location and nearby restaurants.

Coffee maker missing parts and could not be used. Previous guest's soap left in shower raising the question if it was even cleaned.

Carpet was wet in the room. Quite overpriced for a dated hotel that wasn't very clean.

Reasonably updated furnishings. Beds were very comfortable . Staff was friendly -front desk.

My bed covering was dirty. A yellow brown 5' x 1" stain-possibly coffee. and a dirt-like spot on it also. The spread didn't appear dirty except those spots. I told the front desk on check out.

Location to most places that I needed to go to. Quiet and off the beaten path.

The ceiling tile In The bathroom was cracked open and looked wet. There were spiders in the bathroom also.

Good location.

Breakfast buffet had limited options; could use some extra cleaning/updating. Was not impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff when checking in.

It was a convenient location. The room was more modern decor.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. We were not able to get into our room until almost 6pm. The sheets had weird stain marks and the shower cloth curtain was filthy. The pool also was drained and no one told us that when we checked in.

It was clean

The house keeper woke us up. She kept coming back. She knocked on the door 4 different times before our check out time . It was very annoying.

The rooms were clean and even smelled good. Breakfast was also very good. There were lots of choices.

We were having to deal with our daughters flight getting cancelled.  the front desk was amazing and made she was taken care of. She made us feel calm even though we were 11 hrs away. I can't say it enough hotel employee was awesome.

No, everything was good.

I was not allowed to check in with my service animal. This was made worse by the person behind the counter with an out of control dog running around while telling me the hotel wasn¿t ¿pet friendly¿

The woman who checked us in was fabulous! She gave us a great recommendation for a steakhouse - Jake's Downtown. Also, the woman who was working the breakfast buffet was so helpful! We got there just as the buffet was ending and she got us fed!

Would have liked to go for a swim or hot tub right in the building, but understand that you have to do repairs.

king suite first room was dirty had to transfer to a lesser room double queen, swimming pool was closed wasn't told about it till we checked in and no discount for that, overcharged $--- for two nights. then charged another 40 dollars for I not sure.
