Great rooms, very nice pet area so your pup could be off leash. Staff was welcoming and efficient.

Breakfast could be a bit better when compared to something like Staybridge, but certainly acceptable.

New,with a fitness facility on main floor with great visibility for solo female traveller's. Charming seating area at entrance with propane fire bowl for casual conversation. One of the nicest stays I can remember!

The kids in the pool were so loud it carried all the way up to the second floor and we could hear them from our room.

I felt safe inside my room.

Desk staff was not customer oriented. The microwave Iin my room was not working. I went to the front desk to complain, No one was at the desk, so I used the first microwave I saw, I think it was in an employee lounge. I was told to stop and use another microwave. I explained the microwave in my room did not work and I was heating up food. I was told someone would come and fix the microwave, The Maintenace guy showed up promptly and fixed the issue by flipping the breaker on. He said it was a common issue at the property and the reason he was able to correct so easily. I think the young guy at the desk was outside chasing off homeless people. There seemed to by several in the area and it was starting to get cold.

I liked the room was incredibly large, full size fridge & counter etc.The breakfast was great. Pool water was warm!! (You would be suprised how many are cold.)The staff was all friendly and helpful. The security gentleman gave us great service.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast with the delicious fresh fruit and variety of microwave choices was terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front sitting area was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The first room we were in had something that triggered my husband's allergens. However, the staff moved us as quickly as possible to another room which was just fine. The pillows on the beds didn't work for me, but I was able to get another pillow that worked great. The heater was very loud when it was heating the room, and the adjoining room had guests that were loud and we could hear them talking, but they were only in the room one night. However, we didn't say anything about the last two items so I'm guessing the staff would have tried to improve this based on their excellent response on our other concerns.

Nice room…great beds and amazing sheets.

No hot tub. Noisy.
