Beds were harder than what I'm used to for Holiday Inn Express.

The location was pretty good. Staff was nice. Common areas clean.

The pool was closed unexpectedly, and then someone pooped in the hot tub so that was closed, too. Talk about disappointed kids! The breakfast was ok. The attendant tried, but the food they had to put out was kind of stale.

Room size and comfort

Breakfast was sparse, no potatoes. The price is extremely high

Cleanliness

I specifically called and asked if the hot tub was working prior to booking the hotel and was told it was. However, when we went to utilize it, it was out of order!

I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub and found out by getting in it that it was cold and broken. Maintenance knew but never informed staff. Very disappointing.

The effort made to provide a hot breakfast durning Covid. Great job ¿¿

Pillow I thought were too soft and the mattress to hard.

It was very clean and the area was convenient to refuel and hop back on the freeway. Also, it was by THE best restaurant in Montana.

The woman who appeared to be the manager was very rude. Staff seemed to be edgy around her. Also,her behavior seemed to vary depending upon the customer with whom she was interacting.Facility was fine but she will make us skip Holiday Inn from now on.

This was our third stay at this hotel. Always friendly, helpful,even the covid 19 breakfast is warm. Will stay here everytime I pass thru Billings.

Fast Check In, great staff, clean room. Nice breakfast. I will stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I slept very well.

The staff was not accommodating. I was not given a receipt at check out and had to call multiple times to try to get a receipt for reimbursement. I never got one. Very frustrating.

The room was clean and felt luxurious. In the mornings, the older gal who was overseeing breakfast was delightful and made my morning. The breakfast was delicious and easily the best hotel breakfast that I have had.

A few of the front desk staff could have been friendlier, however, I realize that everyone has their days and maybe it was an off day for them.

A clean hotel with nice staff. The pool was nice as well. It had a show and restroom in it, which is a plus for us with so many kiddos. We also like the later check out of 12:00 pm, instead of the usual 11:00 am.

I was double charged. Which took away vacation money. It take several days to get it back.

Well appointed throughout. Wide halls. Clear Signage. Well maintained. Spacious Rooms. Efficiently arranged. Bathroom had spacious counter space, lots of towels, shower excellent, Nice quality bath products. Loved the beverages and cookies! Staff great!

Breakfast was not the quality we eat. Would like fresh cooked eggs/ omelet, better quality baked goods, but bagels ok. Prefer waffles. We like Organic; Fresh cut fruit but beverages hot and cold juice good. Nice variety.Prefer table service.

We were travelling with a trailer and this hotel was easy access off the interstate with very easy parking. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel clerk was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great. Great shower, hot water, clean. The beds were amazing and comfy and clean. Spacious rooms for our family and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredible. I had to wait about 45 minutes after check-out for some friends, and the staff made me feel at home, very courteous, and kind. Great customer service!

They were testing fire alarms one day. No advance warning this would be going on. We came back to fire alarms going off for over an hour. While we realize this is important to keeping the hotel safe, some advance warning would have been nice.
