Cons -

The shower didn’t ever get warm
Second time I have stated and the shower water has only been warm not hot. First time they fixed it this time they didn’t want to call anyone to fix it while we were at dinner.

The cleanliness and staff

It was grossly underrepresented.. I was under the impression when booking the representation of the room, I had booked, that there was breakfast, and a pool .. I feel like it could be represented as an extended stay Hotel more than it was ... When we arrived at our destination we were so disappointed with booking .com
