My Place Hotel Billings

Room was clean and spacious.

Charging for a breakfast. Beds were not that comfortable. You have kitchnette, but no utensils to cook with. A bit overpriced for what you got.

The whole stay was fantastic. Clean rooms great staff,great location,just a very good stay.

Everything was fantastic, no complaints.

I liked that the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I also liked that I was able to have internet.

I did not like how loud it was. The room above me was up most of the night being very loud and then all the doors shutting in the hallway all night. When checking in the staff was not very friendly. It was almost like I was a bother being there.

Pricing amidst Summer over charge rates.

Clerks were unhappy and it showed. Friendly disposition goes along ways in positive customer service.

Marijuana smell. Recliner in room torn. Vodka bottle in drawer.

Convenient location.

Noisy "residents." Lack of concern from the staff for the noise and failure to resolve the problem. Breakers kept tripping. Hotel smelled- maybe the residents should change their diet. Loud dogs.

I paid online and then the hotel charged me too I talked to the front desk staff they were suppose to reverse the charge and they still have not so going to have to spend more valuable time trying to get refund

Pleasant, competent front-desk staff. The entire place is spotless - and everything works. Also, very quiet for the price point.

Queen beds were very comfortable, kitchenette was a surprise but very useful. Sparkling clean, nice bathroom, quiet at night even though it's close to the highway. Shopping, restaurants and I-90 nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was super-nice.

The hotel was amazing. The room was huge. I loved the kitchenette. The bed and bedding were amazing! We will definitely be staying there every time we are in Billings, MT.

Low water pressure. Guests allowed to consume alcohol right outside of entrance early am and evening was annoying and loud after a bit... Under people's windows.... Inconsiderate

Very nice hotel. The room had a fridge, microwave, and stove.

I could not believe how nice this hotel was for the price. I was extremely happy. Great stop for the night to get in position to start the long drive into Yellowstone via the Beartooth Highway. I had never heard of this chain before, but glad I tried.

We like My Place hotels because of all the amenities, especially the large refrigerator.

I am always disappointed when hotels charge a pet fee.

Very comfortable and I will love to come back again.

I prefer a hot breakfast, not microwaved food.
