The hotttub was nice

It was incredibly cold inside the hotel walking to and from the pool was so cold

Supervisor tried to salvage a terrible experience

Room was not clean asked for new sheets was lied to about the sheets being changed

Location, quiet room, helpful staff.

The oven broke Saturday morning at breakfast, not many options for meal. Long black hair in tub, not ours.

I had booked the hotel for my family to us the pool and wasn't informed it was closed until after checking in and the breakfast was picked clean by time of our arrival

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. We stayed there to swim and relax and were not able to enjoy the pool or hottub.

The cleanliness, nice rooms, good location, the 24 hour pool is a huge one for us as we like to go swimming a lot and usually dont get back to the motel till after the pool is closed so that is what really drew us to this hotel.

The Fact that we stayed here pretty much just for the 24 hour pool and it was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there! They were replacing a light for 2 days?? Also the bed sucked! The box spring was broke so we both kept rolling to the middle.

Very limited on the amount of food served in their advertised hot breakfast. When we got there at 9:30 am there was only a small portion of scrambled eggs & potatoes and one of the hot items was gone completely.

Staff were nice, the pool was great and the breakfast was excellent.

Quiet

We have stayed here before and have had a wonderful night of sleep with great beds and enjoyed our stay. This time we had a very hard bed. Tossing and turning all night long, we awoke with great pain and kinks in our bodies. We were very disappointed.

Bug traps under bed next to nightstand. Third floor (where our room was located) hallway air was freezing cold, likely 35°-45°…to the point guests should not have been assigned rooms on the third floor. Snappy attitude from female staff.
