Very dirty floors, bathroom, couche

Mattress springs making loud noises,

I thought staff was extremely helpful and friendly

It's dated... lighting was poor. I don't like a room where heat/air conditioning blows directly from wall across bed I'm sleeping in

It looked nice from the outside

We booked this room so our kids could swim for the weekend on our way home from a vacation - the pool was disgusting- the room was gross - there was a used vape on the floor, the bathroom light was burnt out and so much dust!

Nicely remodeled room. Breakfast was standard. Breakfast manager was exceptional, went above and beyond for the guests just in the short amount of time that my family was down in the breakfast area.

Pool and hot tub was dark and dingy. Workout area was very basic but everything was broken, no water in the dispenser, the only 25lbs and up for dumbbells. Room was a smaller one than we've had in the past and definitely not for the price and star rating.

Location. Easy access to airport and I-70.

We were given a handicapped room, which we didn¿t request or need. Door to the bathroom was cumbersome, no shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. Multiple electrical outlets did not work.

Roomy

Older man at front counter was very nonchalant about rooms not being ready WELL after check in time. He mumbled and was not at all helpful in any way. He just complained about beinga short staffed. Dirty hand towel in room.

Location was fine.

Room smelled. There was also a plunger sitting outside our room when we got there and it was never removed.

The size of the room. The beds were very comfortable.

The price was a little high

The room setup was great, staff was exceptional.

Room wasn¿t very clean. The dark sofa had white stains all over and was visibly filthy. Garbages weren¿t empty when we checked into the room.

I liked that it was modern and clean. The room (we had a king) had a super nice layout. The shower was a nice walk in (as in not in a bathtub). There was a breakfast with the basics available in the morning.

Staff very friendly. Room was very nice! By a great eating place.Price was very good. Clean and quiet.

Pool very cold, and told they couldn't warm it up until the weekday when the maintenance man was on. Gas completely siphoned from our vehicle in front parking lot. No outside security cameras. Had to call if you wanted room service. ie. daily cleaning.

Location. Nwe shopping and a restaurants out right next door.

Great room with lots of space as well as a great breakfast.

It's located pretty close to railroad tracks, the only negative I see.

Front Entrance outside area had alot of Bird poop. Front outside area needs to be more Maintained and parking lot very dirty.

It would be great if hotels offering pool usage would put a limit on the time small children's use pool and hot tub facilities. I love kids, I have 3 of my own, but a little quiet time in the evening (say after 9:30) would be great.
