The front deck person that checked me in was rude- I must if interrupted her smoking break- never heard about breakfast/pool , where the elevator was.… just was given my key.

Very comfortable beds and staff was friendly when we came in late. Kathy was kind and sweet.

It was not disclosed that the hotel was under renovation!! Asked for extra pillows and lady from front desk brought them up to me and handed me pillow cases to put on them. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

The pool was not in operation, was not stated online anywhere! That's the reason I chose this location over a cheaper hotel for my daughter's bday get away. Fron3desk claimed it was stated online, I looked that was a lie. Breakfast is not refilled.

Location was perfect for my families needs. Staff were all very kind and understanding and offered help/condolences above and beyond what was expected. They were family friendly and atmosphere was comforting. Rooms were sanitized and kept clean.

It was extremely clean and tranquil! The staff was professional and friendly. I will be back!

Yes!! There were a group of boys staying in the room next to us who were very loud most of the night. We called and reported it to the front desk however, they were still very loud and we did not get any sleep.

Location is optimal off Zoo Drive.

No fridge, no microwave, no closet, no hangers, nowhere to hang my clothes. $--- price was a rip off and a total joke. Cannot believe I paid $--- for this room - felt completely ripped off and scammed paying this price for no amenities whatsoever.

Good breakfast, clean and quiet.

Lots of parking and additional entrances closer to room than main lobby. Very handy.

Breakfast was ok. But breakfast room was not all that clean.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished.

The pool and hot tub were horribly chemically and we couldn't stay in too long because our eyes were burning.

It's advertised as a 24 hour pool online, in the hotel room books, and in the pool room on every sign (2 or 3)however it actually closes at 10 and all the staff just state we will let the manager know. More complaints but I am out of room to type.
