Residence Inn by Marriott Billings

The Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very pleasant and rewarding. The Continental breakfast was very delicious and had an awesome atmosphere. The coffee was very pleasant tasting. I will be back when in Billings, MT ¿¿¿¿

Our room was dirty. Stuff in the sink and hair on the floor in the bathroom

very clean room, friendly staff, multiple food choices within walking distance.

Near Walmart, shopping, restaurants. Had a big pool, hot tub & clean.

Room not ready, gave me a Queen sized room and I paid for a King sized room. Manager on duty was not helpful at all.

The staff is always friendly.

Our tv had to be reset and the furniture needs some touch ups.

Location was great, room was great and comfortable

Dog hair all over the underside of the couch cushions( we were using the hide-a-bed couch)

Staff lies, manager lies. So it starts at the top. Disrespectful. They checked In someone to our room not on reservation. Then lied about it. They did t clean room and said they're sorry they are short staffed, the next day lied About it

This hotel was amazing! Great amenities, friendly staff, very nice room, good breakfast!

Hotel was great. Off the main roadways, quiet, had. Nice walking trail behind it. Very close to main shopping areas. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with healthier options like turkey sausage and egg whites.

The only thing that war noticed was the carpet was fraying along the seam where it meets the tile in the kitchen. Didn't effect our stay, very noticeable though.

I really like these types of rooms. They are always so roomy and clean.

The staff knocking constantly on checkout day. I thought checkout was at 12pm? Because they started in at 8am. Then they started calling the room and hanging up so I had to put the phone off the hook. Not happy with that issue.

Large Room, good breakfast

The vanity is right by the bed. There is no door so someone using the sink causes light and noise for someone sleeping.

Toilet plugged up in evening. No maintenance people available. Ran out of plates and silverware at breakfast.
