there was no elevator for elderly parent--no lights in different areas in both rooms

No hot water. Their hot water tank has been out for over a week but they still are renting out rooms. Wouldn't give money back.

Worst experience!100$ deposit!2 nights fees plus ---$Room smoked in asked for non smoke@ booking and NO hot water. Front desk staff suggested maybe it was only accessible at certain times.Left to other hotel. had to stay 20 mi away 100$ more per night!

Nice beds

Very loud. Office under construction. Had to wait to get service. Tv remote didn't work.no plug for tub. Very small parking slots.

The price, location and breakfast.

They charge deposits like an apartment. $200 for a night and then say it can take up to 14 days to get it back. Unacceptable.

The 406 bar right next-door!

The first room they put me in. There was a puddle of water at the base of the toilet, no cable TV, the second room they were putting me in someone was living in there, the third room they put me in the sink was stopped up. After this ordeal, I just stayed

Toilet falling through the floor. Trying to hold a $100 deposit even though I check in with my card.

The staff tried to be helpful

The Internet did not work, which meant that I could not do any work. The look to my door did not work. It would lock, but the key would not always unlock the door. I had to have staff come and try to open the door several times, also unsuccessfully

It?s a Budget hotel in a time of very high prices in a good location.

I was ready to ask if I could vacuum the hallway and stairs. Stay 2 days, no one bothered to do so.

Nothing too dirty everywhere from the front desk to stairs and bathroom with no door

Bathroom needed to be remodeled and flooring scrubbed better!

The room was filthy. I called the front desk after abruptly leaving and was informed I?d get a refund and of course yet to see that. I paid for a queen for me and my sister and was given a room with a full size bed.

The front desk messed up and double charged me and did not know to reverse the charge.

Location, proximity to coffee shops and grocery store.

The website advertises having a business center. It does not. Waffle batter and coffee hardly constitute breakfast.

Internet failed. Missing 1 of 2 tv controls. Noisy hotel people at hotel till 4am.

I was given a new room after they had given me a room that still had a person in it that was probably an upgrade something I didn't even ask for

After being given a room that still had a person in it didn't even receive an apology then first two days my key didn't work again instead of apolozing they tried to blame me even after I showed them how careful I am

Dirty, not taken care of at all. I could not stay. I lost my money

The rooms are nasty, floors dirty, bathroom moldy and paint stripping off leaving rust.
