Swan River Inn

Might have been a neat place in the 90?s and early 2000?s but nothing done since. Door to the room could have easily been broken into. Door locked from the outside, but wouldn?t lock from in the room.

Hot room. The AC didn¿t work. It was undersized anyway. One of those role around floor units and it did not work. Took hours of sweating before I slept at all. Woman at desk didn¿t seem to care. Just wanted to get back home

cleanliness

Location - not what we were expecting. Were w/0 power within 15 min of arriving. Not one person called to check up/offer support. For being in the customer service industry and the rates they are charging, you'd think they would invest in a generator.

Couldn't access the internet because the owner/manager didn't know the security key, only the password. Our room would not pass anybody's inspection: electrical outlets hanging out of walls, no smoke/CO detector (only the wires hanging from the ceiling).

It was decorated cute

The location is so odd and somewhat scary. Had the potential to be an easy place for crime. NO air conditioning in the room, window had no screen, or lock. So over priced, should be advertised as a room for rent in a back alley house, not hotel.

This is more of a honeymoon type sweet very homey feeling had Netflix which was nice a couple air conditioners which was good for the room we got which was the Attic arts and crafts. You are kind of on your own not really any staff but that's okay.

Easy walking distance to several locations. Genuinely charming personality and unique experience. Brick shower was so cute!

The locks were difficult to open.

Shower was in the bathtub which made it difficult for an older person to get into the tub to shower.

Under construction but the owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Very small quaint town with a lot of vineyards

Bed was comfortable, good wifi

The room put form over substance. It wasn't possible to close the curtains, no desk, and odd sink. The toiletry basket contained half-used products and there were signs of wear On the fabrics.
