The pictures online are out of date. There is not an office, thankfully there was cleaning staff to help. The code to open the room didn't work. It hadn't been totally cleaned before we got there.

blinds were broke had to hang towels up for privacy the jet tub ran out of hot water before you could fill it kids out on the picnic table smoking pot. outside run down not worth the money they want for a room.

Location was great and the room was bright and roomy.

I was there four nights and out of that they straightened up the room and emptied the trash one day. Another day they just straightened the room but didn't bother emptying the trash and another day they didn't even come by the room and do anything.

Very clean. Comfortable feel to the room. Great coffee provided in room

no microwave in room. Bar patrons took parking space making it difficult to get my disabled spouse into room

Quiet, perfect getaway for my wife and I. The bar across road was having a big party and she waited there to make sure no one parked there for us.

Staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. Spartan race parking was a few miles down the road. Awesome place to stay.

Fabulous. Far exceeded our expectations! Clean and modern.

Clean, large room. Walking to 3 restaurants. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant located driving distance to downtown Big Fork, with gift cards was a very nice touch. Communication with owner was easy. We are stand up paddle boarders and this location is conveniently close to Woods Bay, a great drop in spot on Flathead Lake.

Set it included breakfast, but the restaurant hours were limited and we left before it opened at 10 AM. Said I would get a $45 refund to compensate for the loss of breakfast which I have never received. I don’t know if I didn’t receive it because I did it through booking, but that was a disappointment because I had to buy breakfast and it cost us $45 so the loss $90

Great location, easy to check in and beautiful view from the front of the property. The bedding was comfortable. I didn't opt for breakfast at the Raven but I do know it's a good restaurant from other visits to the area.

The grounds need help. They have nice plantings but they need some TLC. It would improve the look of the property immensely. The mattress in my room needs replacing. It has "ditches" making it necessary to move to the middle of the bed to be comfortable.

The location is incredible and it has a LOT of potential. The room was spacious and the shower tile was really cool. The sitting duck is an incredible place and I was glad to be so close.

The floors were clean but very slippery and kind of felt like it left a residue on your socks/feet. There were random shoes in the yard and piled next to the office. No staff in attendance, multiple broken lawn chairs and games. The sitting duck had a sign behind the bar that said it opens at 9:30am and wasn’t even open by 10am.

Great location. Not luxurious but quiet and really comfy bed.

The shower had a high pitched squeal and then spit water at you. The coffee in the room was poor quality. One cup and no stir sticks. We had a credit for one breakfast across the street but it didn't open until 9:30, which was too late for us.

Great location next to Flathead Lake and 3 restaurants.

The bfast at the restaurant across the street was very good.

No communication!! No email about checking in. No office to check in. Phone number for manager did not yield any results. A helpful resident called the housekeeper to find out which room we were to be in. Advertised as free breakfast. No communication !! Another resident told us the free bfast was at the restaurant across the street. Bfast of sandwiches and plates were very good there.

It was unique and I liked that it was across the street from a cute restaurant that was good for the kids.

The shower was dirty and the he shower head was really low. Also the water came off and on in the shower. The staff consisted of teenagers and we had no idea who was in charge.

Great room and all the comforts i lime and great location. Very helpful staff esp Vuke from Bosnia.

Door lock was sometimes hard to open.

It is close to the lake and restaurants nearby.

No one to greet you. The key code box on the on the door was hard to use and was almost non functional. No staff to greet you, no one cleaned or checked the room for 3 days until I requested it. Had to call again for TP.

Great location and very quiet. Couple of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Ten minute drive to Bigfork where there are shops, restaurants and a good grocery store. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. Great value for the area.

We stayed five nights and it would have been nice to have our trash emptied, towels replaced and coffee/cups restocked at some point. I'm sure they would have done so had we asked, but our days were so busy I never thought about it until we got back at night.
