- The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.
- The woman at the check in desk was extremely helpful. They had cookies out and a 24 hour coffee bar. They had a good selection of breakfast items out at 4:15 in the morning when we got up to leave for our flight. The airport is eight minutes away.

- Hot tub not working and pancake machine not working
- We were in a disability accessible room and it was not right for us. We do not have any disabilities.
- Remote controlled curtain was obviously broken, piles up on top of heater and disheveled, plus the drain in the tub was very slow resulting in an ankle bath. Two items housekeeping should have reported and room should have been taken off line until fixed
