Staff was friendly and understood that we were traveling a long day

The shower head could be replaced but there was lots hot water. Good overall though

Incidentals fee should be mentioned during booking. I travel using a debit card loaded with enough money to cover room/taxes. When fees are not refunded immediately it can create a problem.

The beds slept well.

The coffee pot in my room did not work. When I told management, instead of replacing it, they just suggested I could get some coffee in the lobby.

Clean and friendly.

The washer and drier had not been fixed as well as the ice machine.

Location

Would have preferred the 1st floor. The water initially came out Brown, cleared up after it ran for a while.

BVI in. Winona is not a rinky dink motel. BVI has some the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The isvery accommodating and professional. You can tell the cleaning crew takes great pride in their job. I will stay here on future visits.

The continental breakfast had decent selection.of choices. But i preferred eating at the Waffle House just down the street from BVI( Best Value Inn)

My rooms were clean and the staff pleasant.

The shower water in one of my rooms was a dirty color and when it was mentioned to the manager, he blamed it in the city.

The sheets were clean and the tv worked.

It doesn't have any foyer- you check in like you're going to a bank vault. It is very uninviting.

Black mold on restroom ceiling, stains on sheets, water in tub came out dirty, shower didn¿t work. Staff was rude

I liked that it was easy to find, right on the main road. I liked that the air-conditioning worked well.

I was charged a $50 deposit on arrival even though I prepaid for my room. I had not been told of this. Key card didn't always work correctly. Toilet paper roll was awkwardly situated. The bed was extremely hard.

I like the fact that I paid a decent price for this room. I don't like having to pay a lot of money for a hotel room that I'm just going to sleep in. My room was clean, and there was no excessive noise. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like that the pool was closed when the pool was listed as one of the amenities.

The location

The security bar for the top floor was extremely loose and the lady doing room service went into my Mini fridge for some reason and took stuff out which she should have not done

Great choice for the price, very clean, quiet, and convenient.

No one ever told me pets weren't allowed and charged my credit card 50.00 without telling me. My dog weights 4 lbs what was she going to destroy and she is house trained. She goes everywhere with us and never had any problems. Usually staff love her.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. i would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The continental breakfast could use some work. Very poor selection. The dining area is to small.

Printer was down. Receptionist told me I could either write down my credit card information, including # on the back along with my driver's license info or give her $100 cash as a deposit. I wasn't comfortable with either of these choices so I left.

It was easy access off and on interstate. And was clean and comfortable.

No it was what we expected

Guest in next room had a diesel truck warming up for 15 min. Noise woke me at 6am.

Great a/c, friendly staff, no German roaches

I think they clean with clorox bleach and water, leaves kinda of a film on the tables but not that big a deal, no freezer in the fridge
