Horrible service, horrible room setups and not clean at all. Staff was rude.

This hotel was very clean.

Located behind a Lowes Store on a deserted road. The bed closest to the wall was worn out. Not comfortable at all.

This was my favorite hotel I ever stayed in! Food was great, staff was great, coffee in the lobby all day along with the delicious cookies! You could not improve anymore please stay the same and I will be back!

Stayed in this hotel in November pool was very cold, to cold to swim. Called ahead was told pool heater was fixed. Pool was still cold.

There was no easy access in or out of this nice hotel. The access to interstates or highways in or out of that hotel are terrible. Until that situation is improved we will not return to that hotel. It was a beautiful hotel, and we enjoyed it while there.

The beds were comfy and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not replenished. The variety was great if replenished.

The staff was wonderful! All the ladies at the front desk were professional, attentive, thoughtful and considerate. My family and I have truly enjoyed our stay.

Where it was!

The Filthy rooms the things broke in the bathroom that the room looked nothing like the picture it stunk so bad the air conditioner had so much dirt and mildew on it it was blowing out disgusting air the bed was broke had asked for extra cream sugar coffe

Good location

Bed was dirty, bathroom light did not work, AC unit squealed all night enough that it was hard to sleep. Breakfast was horrible, eggs were dry, waffle stuck and burnt because there was no spray, dining area tables were dirty. Very short staffed.

From The time we got there from the time we left we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel staff was present and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean from the lobby to the room to the dining area exceeded expectations. We will absolutely be back!

It was a nice clean room for the price

We chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. My children were very disappointed when we found the pool to be closed. We could have chose a different hotel if we had known.

Room was big, modern and clean. Lots of space.Staff were very friendly. Location was really good near shops and restaurants. Thai Garden was delicious.

We found something red looked like blood but don't know for sure on our sheets. Called the front desk and she said she was the only one working so wee could come get new ones. We had to remake our own bed. Offered to give us refund but still waiting.

The hotel was newer and the room and amenities seemed to reflect it. The breakfast was also good

The hotel was visible from the interstate but took some effort to get to due to its location. The bed could also have been softer.

The breakfast could have used some improvement. We would have liked scrambled eggs as a choice instead of omelets, on at least one morning. The link sausage did not taste good at all. My son, who loves sausage, even said it wasn't good.

How we had to figure out how to get to the hotel (we could see it, but couldn't figure out how to get to it), and movies weren't available for purchase in our room.

All brand new rooms plus the cookies
