- The front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous.
- The staff was kind and the location of the hotel was good for us.
- The customer service is always outstanding. The hotel smells clean and fresh. I am a snob when it comes to various hotel chains but this hotel is my go to whenever I am intown to visit family.
Cons -
- The toilet in our room stopped up and I wish we had a plunger to fix it. However, the woman at the front desk immediately sent staff members to fix and clean the toilet.
- The AC unit was extremely loud. There were a couple of hairs in the shower indicating it had not been cleaned well.
