Quality Inn Southaven - Memphis South

The staff was friendly and efficient.

Everything was old and busted. It was functional, but the age of everything showed. Except the ice machine, it was just busted. Breakfast was just okay.

Friendly staff clean rooms.

Rooms outdated and area seemed unsafe.

I liked when I came in and my pre-scheduled arrangements wasn't correct and the desk clerk corrected it and give me what I wanted with a better price. ?????

They could do more vacuuming the carpet in the rooms.

Breakfast was decent

The rooms have thin walls. You could hear all the neighbors and the airplanes all hours of day and night.

Close to airport. Modern lobby. Older building but well maintained.

I don't like stairs but managed for one night.

Was able to get two queen beds which was great for kids who normally don¿t share sleeping space. Hotel was easy to get to and along our travel route. Rooms have been recently renovated.

There was a lot of noise- rooms lacked insulation from environmental noise.

Noisy from next room and traffic. Outside entrances. Rooms not dark when lights off.

I liked everything about this hotel. It's clean, quiet, comfortable bed, excellent parking, very good service. It's top notch and highly recommended.

There was ABSOLUTELY nothing that I disliked about this hotel. It's a 10 all around. Very good hotel. For the price you can't go wrong.

Overall my experience was great but I needed two queen side beds but ended up with king but I was still pleased because we had a pull-out sofa.

They didn't clean out our room didn't gave us clean towels or clean our sheets

the pool wasn't open and no breakfast even though advertised to be open.

The power went out at 5pm and was off until check out. The room was hot and we had to leave and book another room for the night.

I loved the fact that the hotel was located right off the main expressway, which saved me lots of time!BRAVO!!!

The area in which the hotel was located wasn't the best, but we had absolutely experienced no problems! There was not many restaurants to choose from in the hotel's vicinity!!!

My room was very clean

It was in a "rough" location; plus the rooms were accessible through the outside (only like indoor accessibility). And the room had a marijuana smell but I believe it was from the people next door or inside the vents. Bad experience and I have small kids

The breakfast was decent.

This was NOT a 2.5 star hotel. It is a motel is a less-than-desirable part of town. The sink didn't drain in the room, there were no sheets for the pullout sofa (and the staff acted like I had asked them to fly to the moon when I requested sheets).
