- From start to finish, it was a total nightmare. Smelled like toilet, standing water in plastic in hallways, tv remote didn¿t work, Hines I To front desk didn¿t work, toilets overflowed. I sent a complaint to your customer service hotline today.

The king sized bed was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.
I had a Deluxe room, but It did not have the ability to get Netflix or YouTube. Or Prime Video on the TV. very disappointed in this.
