The toilet paper holder was broke the towel bar was broke. Tub was dirty and no plug for bath. When I went to heat my sandwich up the microwave was broken like panel fell of and it would not work at all. Also there were only two small pillows. I have one pillow that’s a lot thicker at home!

Location was fine.

Bad business. 2 face towels and dry towels for 4 people. The TV didn't work. The microwave didn't work. There were no toiletries in the restroom. Spent more money to stay there than to purchase the room.

Filthy, looks like bed bug issues in the mattress. Employee denies filth even while staring at it. Do not stay here

I left the property without staying the night and expect a refund. I always inspect the mattress as soon as I enter a motel room. This is the first time I have seen a mattress that looked like it had bed bugs. Small dark spots and flakes, plus rice-long dark objects, within the mattress seams. I pulled off the mattress cover, and the top of the mattress had the same issues. Black dots/crud throughout the seams and on top of the mattress. In addition, when I looked underneath the bed between the headboard and the end of the mattress, it looked like someone had spilled a package of white chocolate chips everywhere on the floor.There are holes in the wall in the bathroom, and the dresser drawers had dirt in them. The sink was running when I entered the room. Those things I could look past since this is a cheap motel…but the mattress issue and the food(?) under the headboard? Nope.I showed the receptionist (manager/owner?) the mattress. She spoke quickly for a while in another language and then kept insisting the room was clean by saying “clean, no bugs, room is clean!” even while I was pointing at the crud. She offered the room next door, but when I looked at that mattress, there was the same issue. Flaky black dots/crud throughout the mattress seams and on top of the mattress under the top sheet.I asked the woman if I could see a third room. She kept insisting the mattresses I had seen were clean, that people just smoked in there and so I saw ashes. No, these were not ashes. I know what cigarette ashes look like. Also, on all sides of the bed within the mattress seams..? I don’t think so. The woman refused to let me see any other rooms and walked away.I am a full-time hiker and traveler and have been living in hotel and motel rooms full-time for ten months. Before that, I traveled the USA and the world for weeks/months every year for twenty years.

NOTHING: They didn't come to window for me to check in they gave Our room away out a sign in window..we had to sleep in Our vehicle I will never stay there again and gone make sure no one else stay there I know Bad business at this hotel

The staff was very helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable.

There were no garbage can inside the room and the can outside was overflowing. Refrigerator was old and rusting.

Disgusting. Dirty, smelled horribly, falling apart. For that room it should be 10$ a night, not 65.

Convenient, peaceful.

I didn’t like the cigarette burns on everything including the comforter. Its outdated.

The girl who checked me in was nice.

Where to begin?! Hideous decor, uncomfortable bed, bugs and mold in (loud) a/c, junk and junk cars in front, my door could EASILY been pushed open as it was shaky when closed, bad neighborhood, people constantly walking around outside including all night, "drip bowls" under outside a/c units - a mosquito breeding ground-, holes in bedding, old food in fridge, one towel, toilet not secure, FILTHY light switches and doors, I could go on and on...

The lady made sure we had plenty of towels and the bed was big and comfortable. Needs painting etc but think she is just getting started so trying her best

it is what it is. it’s basic and very cheap indeed. we stayed two nights as convenient to explore the surrounding area. mainly used by work people I think as noise at 6am’ish as they headed out

I needed somewhere close to Cleveland, but nothing was available. This was the only "close" place on the online booking sites close to Cleveland. It was okay, just for the night. Had all the necessities I needed.

Like I said, I wasn't looking for luxury. The property met my expectations, which was a bed and a shower. That's really all I needed. Was traveling alone, so didn't need a big, expensive room.
