Room was ok.

Staff and management would not return calls, texts or emails when I wanted to cancel the last night of our stay... and yes...I paid the higher cancellation rate for the stay so that we would (supposedly) have that option. I will never do that again. should have paid the lower nonrefundable rate since the property won't contact you to refund or cancel anyway. JW

Breakfast was good and had a good variety to choose from, waffles, biscuits, toast, bacon, sausage, eggs yogurt, fruit, etc. On point!

No ice and they said use the ice maker in our room and that didn’t work!

I arrived after a 6-hour drive, ready to check in and rest. When we got there close to midnight, the lobby was chaotic—young kids were running around unsupervised.We were given our room key, but when we got to the room, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. One bed had no linens, the other had balled-up sheets, and there was trash on the tables and counters.We returned to the front desk, only to be told that at nearly midnight, the only available room was a queen bed—not enough to accommodate my family. I was traveling with my 20-year-old son, his girlfriend, and my teenager. A queen studio simply wasn’t an option.After the front desk agent contacted a manager, we were eventually given two separate rooms—on different ends of the hallway. Thankfully my son was old enough to stay in the other room, but it was still an unacceptable situation to deal with that late at night.The next morning, I noticed multiple charges on my account and called the manager. She refunded me $50, but to be honest, the entire experience was a disaster.

I absolutely loved how clean the facility was and how great it smelled. The breakfast was hot and plentiful every morning. Great desk host just a great experience overall!!!
