- I was told I didn't reserve a room after showing confirmation that I reserved an paid for the room they refused to honor my confirmation because their system wasn't showing.

- Not clean lack of towels all the.old furniture outside was not pleasant
- Shower did not work! Would not accommodate. Went to work taking a sponge bath.
