Days Inn by Wyndham Newton MS/I-20

The location was great, right off the highway to spend the night and get back on the road.

The room was not clean, there was trash from previous stays still in the room. They say they offer breakfast, but both the coffee machine and the juice machine were broken - so nothing to drink, and some prepackaged pastries.

Good pruce. Nice and clean. Very friendly managers.

I was glad a room was available but this room was not the best. Location was good. Staff was nice.

Lots of mold on shower curtain. Various stains on bed coverings. Large tear in the chair. Various water stains on the ceiling. Water is very rusty coming from the pipes.

The customer service was good. The location was good.

I saw roaches climbing on the bathroom wall and by the sink. One bed was really dirty. One bed looked clean but after I'd slept in it I noticed that the inside of the spread was dirty. The room apparently hadn't been swept either. I have photos.

The lights are bad and I just don't understand y the towels was so dirty and the tub was gross just not clean.. The air conditioner was leaking got my socks wet and it was just filthy. The whole room was unsanitary just being honest

The whole hotel experience was terrible and I was unsatisfied

Where do i Start? The room hadflies that came in under a huge gap in the front door. i blocked the gap with pillows The room smelled of mold, the bed sheets had not been changed. This motel needs to be shut down and reported to health department.

so to continue, i am an older woman i had just driven 600 miles and was exhausted to tired to find another hotel. i slept on top of the bed and changed my pillow cases, using two to cover the one pillow. I didn¿t take a shower bathroom was not clean.

Room was ok, bathroom was deplorable! Toilet & tub were filthy! Toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived and remained the duration. Tub was so nasty that I would not get in it without placing a towel in the bottom of it. Very disappointing

Stained dirty sheets, sheets not.changed, cobwebs, dead bugs, stained bathtub, broken toilet. This hotel desperately needs updating and deep cleaning.

Great location, bed was not uncomfortable,

Standing water in the room by the door; strange odor; did not feel safe for me and my daughter;

Nothing!!the bathroom was nasty the shower was dirty wasnt clean at all the floor behind the toilet was a mess...nasty tissue paper was on the floor ...we all slept in our clothes...IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE.....!!!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY FAMILY THERE....

My beds were nasty the sheets were was dirty whoever clean the room put a fitted sheet over another one I guess so they didn't have to change it the beds had hair on the pillowcases and it was old coke cans under the bed with mold on it...

It wasn't noisy, the breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable enough.

It shouldn't have been rated a 2-star, at least not now. It was basically in the middle of an update or remodel, with newly poured concrete on the sidewalks, paper over the doors for painting, just rather shabby. Not very clean, didn't smell too good.

The Beds were ectremely comgotable after such a long ride! The A.C. helped me sleep like a Baby... The housekeepers were friendly & helpful they went above & beyond!

The only thing if anything would be the lady at the front desk, she was nice and I understand it isn’t her fault. As for everything else, horrible and scary.

Unclean, dust as if it’s been forever since someone’s last stay, lefts trash all around the bed, and in the drawers. The phone in the room did not work, left over cigarette butts, along with the “neighbors” who decided to knock at my door numinous times and even jiggled the handle to try and get in. The front desk lady said “those are the workers doing the renovation” How lovely!!! Not!!

The bath tub,no stopper, mold around the tub.Carpet worn out at entrance to the bath area.. carpet dirty. Sofa need replacement.
