Odd shaped trash cans, shower turns on oddly, outdated tv remote, spider in bathroom

Not clean enough, dingy bed covers, no hot water on last day and drunken construction worker outside our room with loud music going in and out staircase across from my room.

They changed my room to one I did not reserve. It smelled like a wet dog. The desk was dirty with some kind a residue. The shower head did not function properly

Check in was disappointing. The clerk was sitting on a sofa when I walked in, scrolling her phone & watching something on an iPad. She seemed bothered to wait on me. I had a reservation so the process was quick. When my husband joined me, she was rude.

The hotel was clean and mostly updated.

The water temperature was hard to regulate. A slight movement on the faucet changed the temperature drastically.

Doors that shut loudly. Low on hot water. No tea bags at breakfast

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the hours for breakfast was great. And the bed was so comfortable.

The bathroom shower had some issues. The handicap stool lifted but not easily and the tile underneath were all cracked and collecting water.

Very clean, comfy bed restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and fast checkin. In the middle of renovation which only had extra materials in the lobby. Didnt bother the service or block traffic inside.

Seemed the toilet was for short people. Im only 5¿7¿ and it seemed low. Breakfast was ok but not what I expected at a Hampton. Breakfast the next morning at Hampton in Peru IL was top notch. The $75 incidental fee I thought was excessive.

The hotel was available in the city we needed to stay. Location was good for our trip.

If a hotel is going through any type of construction, I think you should let those staying know. Everything was being worked on, the front desk area, the lobby, the food area, the waiting area, the elevator, stairs. Not a good experience.

Couldn't get hot water in shower - controls were a mystery... No fresh fruit at breakfast Could not get a printed receipt; was assured I'd have one via email but never received it. I don't like having no idea what is being charged to my credit card!

Clean!!

Trying to sleep on this bed was like trying to sleep on a rock! It was hard and had a huge lump in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the chaise just to try and get a few hours sleep.

Everything was clean, staff was pleasant, free water and toiletries

Our room specifically was located near elevator and was an adjoining room which allowed noises to travel through. We could hear people laughing next door followed up by heating someone vomiting and crying. Heard the other guests getting on/off elevator.

Cleanliness, nice front of desk staff, and ease of getting to location from Highway easy to find food places

Parking appears to be limited and breakfast was just average but overall a nice stay

It was an effortless check-in check-out hotel experience. No issues

quite a bit of late-night noise from young guests. Not the hotel's fault.

Comfortable and clean room and bed. Breakfast was ample. Quiet. Close to several restaurants. Fitness room had treadmills, elliptical, bike, and a multi-station cable machine and bench. If they just add a rack of dumbbells it would be pretty complete.

Guy roaming around the parking lot begging for money. Was worried he or someone else might break into or damage my vehicle. Told staff at the desk but they didn¿t seem to care enough to do anything about it.

Customer service checking in was friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by a free evening small buffet and drinks. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We will stay again!

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Housekeeping is by request. Made the request the day after check-in but never received housekeeping (clean towels, etc.) for the entire four night stay. also requested two additional pillows but never received them from housekeeping.

Very comfortable room. Very clean, and in a safe location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
