- Every parking space was filled. The others occupants were hanging around outside drinking without shirts and smoking marijuana.
- There was a package raw chicken legs in the refrigerator that expired in may. The whole room smelled horrible and we were unable to use the fridge. There was also graffiti on the walls and the bathroom smelled like pee
- The hotel need to change and replace the towel that has change from white colour to brown so disgusting. They stated free breakfast on their site we went to their office wanting to eat breakfast but shockingly the receptionist told us they don¿t serve it

Clogged restroom, that didn't flush at all. Very rude and unprofessional front desk receptionist. Room smelled like somebody smoked there, yet it was supposed to be non-smoking room. Tv didn't work
There was not any heat in the room. The temperature was 30 degrees outside that evening/night,

This hotel is literally right next to I-20 - so can be a lot of traffic noise. But overall, an excellent and affordable hotel.

I was scared when I saw which hotel it was (at first ) But very impressed with the remodel .great price too
The location being downtown Jacksonville was a perfect location it could not have gotten any better that made my sons graduation
