No heat smell people smoking weed and other stuff

I didn't like anything about this hotel

There was dried poop on the sheets. One of the beds were off the frame and my fiance had to pick up the mattress to put them in the frame. The light in the bathroom was out or broke. The receptionist said the batteries for the remote were all dead.

Great rate and conveniently located off the interstate.

About what I would expect for the price and star ratings. Room seemed clean enough but stains in the room. Noisy air condition.

the location is nestled in between shopping centers and near bonita lakes park. the interstate is easily accessible and the price is under or around $50 a night the parking lot is nicely lit and it is located within a 5 minute drive of quick food

the road into the hotel is chewed up and potholed. it looks as if the small maintenance issues have rolled into a large one, so you will see door seals missing, things stapled back to the wall, missing fixtures, non working vents. holes in sheets etc

Staff was really nice

Sheets were stained and dirty, heater was covered in white stuff so did not turn on. Slept in our clothes cause it was gross.

That they were flexible with us being late.

Yes, a lot. The rooms were terrible, the sink and toilet flush didn't work. The rooms walls literally had holes in them. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Wanted one lower level and she said there was one but then said there was not done.breakfast wasnt there

very unclean room. too tired to change hotels. Slept in my clothes and hand washed myself. filthy unsanitary conditions!

Location and staff.

Roaches,dirty towels,chair,footstool,carpet, lumpy mattress,broken door latch.

Not a damn thing.

It was filthy and smelled like smoke. Guest services was rude and inconsiderate. Never ever would I stay or recommend ro anyone. I wouldn't even let my dog stay there if I had one.

Hello the air conditioning was very poor I stayed four nights with it .¿¿ I work 10 hours on the outside welding. The room doesn¿t get cool until over in the morning around 3am ¿¿. My first visit was great, this time not so great . Temperature 96 l

Price was right no frills hotel

It's was ok for single traveler

Room was dirty and various things were broken. The door latch was broken as well as a mirror in the room. A picture was hanging halfway off the wall and everything was dirty. I walked barefoot on the carpet for about 5 minutes and my feet were black.

It's family operated and has a nice cozy feel. I also have laundry on site.

The pool was not open, and I didn't offer any breakfast only coffee but they advertise for both. They also allow you to reserve and book online and then change your price when you get to the room or if you extend your stay/even if you book and use the onl

Liked nothing!! Not. 2.5 start hotel. It was a motel not suitable for a family! We didn¿t even stay. Had to find a safer, cleaner place!

Tv didn¿t work, no phone and no phone number for front desk, stool stopped up.

Didn't even stay the night. The walls were filthy and had been patched with mildew on the floorboards. They had bugs in the room, the fridge didn't work, and the metal detector was broken. Didn't look like the pictures at all. I took pictures as proof.

Really Nothing. It was unexceptable, but I was unable to get my money back so I had no choice but to stay.

Cleanness, Roaches sleeping with me. Had to have them remove the refrigerator did not work, no iron in the room, Urine behind toilet, key deactivated on Sunday night. Found phone under bed when checking out. I paid for queen beds and their were full beds.

Easy to find and staff was friendly.

Room definitely needs to be updated. It was clean but could have been better. You get what you pay for.
