The couch in our room was broken.

Was kinda of expensive and the rooms was average

This was by far the grossest Hampton Inn I¿ve stayed. For $---/night I do not not expect my room to smell like a dead mouse/rotten sewage. It was reported to front desk, but was told no other room available. Very disappointed!

Close to downtown. Safe and clean. Breakfast till 10AM was a plus.

Don't like having the coffeemaker in the bathroom, but was easily moved to another location. Hair dryer could be better. Seemed liked an older Hampton better well maintained.

the staff did the minimum. the breakfast ran out of food and the staff were unable to make more in any kind of reasonable timetable.

Pool and gym both closed using covid as an excuse, we were not advised of this on booking information. No hot breakfast was offered as promoted. Even the little they did have to offer was gone at 8 am and not replenished.

Location was very nice. Close to all attractions and eating places.

Curtains and shears needed to be updated. A lot of the shears had big holes in them. Night person was a little over whelmed heard a lot of people complaining not sure if it was her fault.

The hotel was clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. My husband had to lay the floor and still could not sleep. His back is still hurting today. I feel that a refund is in order please.

We paid for two beds for two night and we had to get a king bed one night and second night we received a room with two beds

The staff was very friendly. From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was very helpful. Also very clean. We were there for our Son's wedding and The manager was very accommodating to our whole family. We will defiantly stay here again.

Wish they had 2 wastebaskets in room.Also...no signs to indicate location. Driver happened to see sign on building and we backtracked.

Staff was rude. Asked to check out late and was rudely told no. Didn't mind being told no. Didn't need the rudeness.
