Nothing. The room was dirty and management didn't try to accommodate us.

It had dead bugs on the bed. The sheets were dirty. The blanket was filthy. The tub was filthy. It was a lot of homeless people outside the motel. Overall bad experience. Never will I book again.

Absolutely nothing, after prepayment I couldn't get my room because no one was at the desk for 45 minutes. Went next door and paid for another room because I needed rest.

Poor staffing. Can't get a refund for a room I never stayed in after paying for it. Horrible.

Yes the door lock didn't work I pushed a dresser again the door to make nobody came in the room smelled like cigarettes real bad.TV only had 5 channels bathroom looked nasty .There were 4 other hotels in the area I didn't know until I got there

If I could put 0 as my rating it would definitely be my rating. The room was ABSOLUTELY NASTY!! Towels were dirty, there was mold on the ceiling, there were stains on the comforter and sheets. The tub was dirty the toilet did not flush, the tv didn't work

I arrived around 9 pm to find no one working. Rang the bell and called the hotels phone # repeatedly. A street person followed me into the front desk area twice. 1.5 hrs later someone roused an employee living there. Room was trash

Crackheads living in hotel. their pit bulldog was running loose in parking lot and tried to attack my pet as I walked it on lead.

The hotel was pet friendly.

Nothing, the hotel needs a remodel. The linen had old menstrual blood. The sheets should have been thrown away.

Nothing it was a lie from the pictures to real life needs to be shut down

No refund and everything about it they put pictures of a different hotel and get mad when you tell them about it but in had no choice but to stay due to no refund

The pictures are a big lie the hotel is nothing like the pictures the place looks like they tried their best to cover up incidents that had happen in the bad area you have people sleeping and hanging outside then holes and stains in blanket dirty tub

Everything was wrong. The doors had bullet holes, the walls needed repainting from patches that was trying to be covered, the bed was sitting on a tin box, the towel rack in the restroom was broken and missing, and all the towels had long red hair in them

The young lady at the front desk was nice and pleasant to talk to. The location was ok¿ food on walking distance.

The room look dingy and not clean. The towels were awful. They liked dirty and felt like sand paper.

The bed was comfortable and they allowed dogs

TV in room didn¿t work because it didn¿t have plug. TV had to be replaced by staff while I was in the room, which was very inconvenient coming in late from sn event I had to attend. Room was not properly cleaned prior to my entering.

The rooms were not as advertised the staff was rude. No one was at the desk when I tried to check out after waiting for 15 min I just left the key on the desk and left

Dirty Floors, Stain Spread on Bed, Loud party in parking lot and notified management that did not want to deal with the situation, 1 ice machine all the way down to office away from rooms, ice bucket was stained and did not have plastic bag

This hotel was the furthest from clean, the bed spread and bath towels had stains on them,the room was hot as well

I survived.

Next to an abandoned shoneys with people coming in and out of it. Not clean. Truly a terrifying experience.
