Everything; there was no receptionist to receive me, and the door was locked. I called the hotel to no avail, no one answered. I called the corporate number who also tried to reach the receptionist to no avail. As he read from his script the receptionist

Should not be listed. Under construction. Room was beat up, dirty, hot, service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes for someone to check me in. The air-conditioner was broken. I have pictures.

This place was disgusting The only light that worked was a floor lamp with no shade The room looked filthy and the bathroom door was jammed No towels or pillows The facility looked creepy and could double as a crack house I turn around and left right

This hotel needs to be closed down. The cleanliness of the room was dirty. Took a while to get into a room. Checked in once and room was not ready until 8:30pm. Roaches crawling everywhere, bad experience

There was absolutely nothing pleasurable about this hotel. I requested my money back due to the infestation of this hotel. Bugs everywhere, missing outlets, holes in the infrastructure. Terrible. This place needs to be demolished immediately.

Everything about this hotel is a complete disaster. Please notify the appropriate entities to have this hotel removed from your selection.

Roaches in the room. Dresser was broken. room was dirty ie; trash in the room. old body wash bottle in the shower. shower curtain rod loose. Shower curtain hung with zip ties and cheap curtain. took an hour to find the desk clerk. in a room smoking weed.

Booked and paid for three-night stay after Hurricane Ida. Tried checking in, but were turned away--clerk said there were no rooms. Told him we already paid. He didn't care. Then they had the nerve to charge us 50% of total cost as no show fee. Total scam.

Yes, plenty!! I actually ended up not staying there after seeing how bad it was. In my opinion it should be condemned!! Roaches, dirty, hole in wall, only one light and much more!!

Nothing - never checked in - no one was in the lobby after waiting 5 minutes I left

This place was dirty you coul see curtains torn and barley hanging on the rods - trash and things hanging on the rails- it looked like a place for criminals it was awful

I did not stay because the the outside was horrible. My wife afraid to be in the environment, the dumpster was visibly filthy. I charge $26 dollars in spite. I will show this to my friends and others. I¿ll never stay at any Oyo establishment regardless.

This hotel was very nasty and had roaches!!! Did not even stay here and didn’t give refunds either didn’t matter cause I was not staying in such a nasty place!! This hotel is very horrible!! Looked at four different rooms some sheet had blood on them

door was not secure, floor at was wet, air conditioning smells like cigarette, Bathroom was not maintained clean, room is also dirty with somewhat likened already used.

Everything but the price was horrible. First the inn keeper gave us a room that was already asigned to someone else. Then after we got settled in to a room of our on they gave someone else a key to our room and they just walk right on in. Filthy. Gross.

Words cannot describe the terrible condition and total lack of cleanliness. Tub was beyond use and vacumming was non-existent. Our 1st OYO motel. We'll give the brand one more try. You get what you pay for.

Staff was cool! Night shift guy and Terrance from morning shift was a big help. I appreciate them for doing what they could. The manager and his wife was very cooperative.

Heater didn't work. Shower knob was missing. There was no plug for the drain so it was impossible to take a shower/bath. No room phone and water barely warmed up. My 2nd room had roaches, phone chord was shreded, TV didn't work, and I had to switch TVs

It was really bad it's unclean everything broke in that room smells bad
