Breakfast was very weak. There were no cold items such as yogurt, no eggs, no pancakes, no cups for juice or coffee

The hotel smells bad. The water in the tub drip all night long.We couldn’t get it to shut off.Hole’s in the sheets

They gave you the choice to pay a cash deposit, and get it back when you leave

The breakfast was cold, the bathroom door would barely shut, and the shower was stained a yellow green color in some areas

The staff was very rude, the room smelled musty. The tv didn't work. I had no key to my room, they had to let me in my room. When I complained about the room they called the police and had me removed at 6 am. I was only 2 hours and they kept my money.

Coffeemaker with all the right fixings. Very adequate air conditioner, sink outside toilet room, plenty of pillows.

Main complaint was absolutely no snacks or drinks available:the machines on both floors were either empty or out of order. Our flight landed after midnight so we at least needed a drink to take meds and rehydrate but there was nothing.

It was well lit, clean and comfortable. It is very well located and a good value for the price. I was traveling alone so it?s important I feel safe, and I felt very safe here.

The customer service when checking in.

The rooms need to be remodeled. The carpet needs to be replaced. The smell is the hallway area was bad.

I booked the room because it was pet friendly and noted I'd be bringing my two dogs at check out they charged me 60.00 but didn't do anything about the people smoking marijuana so much it came into our room. Completely dissatisfied with the staff

Hotel employee the front desk manager went out of her way to help me out she was great

having to go outside to smoke

Clean, everything worked, checked in quickly.

The location

When I arrived I was not able to check in due to system not working I had to sit in my car for over an hour waiting for system to start working again room was very small and dirty with smell

They didnt give me my $100 deposit because I naturally accidentally started my cycle and got a little blood on sheets so I stripped the bed thinking that?s the right thing to do, they are supposed to wash the sheets but they don?t wash after each checkout

Staff was not friendly & room service lied and said we asked them not to clean when we left room so it could be cleaned after they knocked on door

Hotel parking lot was difficult to maneuver. One way in/out.
