Comfort Inn Horn Lake - Southhaven

convenient location, close but away from the highway great lemon water available late good popcorn available by desk

very worn appearance outside and inside parking lot was dim and hard to see parking spots interior just seemed very hard used

Location

Very small room, apps not available on tv, malfunctions with tv

Very clean, comfortable and quiet!!!

The room had ants in the bathroom. And my daughter was bit by a ant in the bed also.

NOTHING!!!

Room was not clean dusty; chair and ottoman had all kinds of stains on them both, ants on bed and in shower, strong smell of bleach, cleaning agent.

Breakfast

Small bed bugs in bed and restroom. Toilet did not work

Not much. We had a bad time there.

1) Pot smokers next door - in the night. 2) Cigarette smokers next door - in the morning 3) Attitude of staff after bad night. We finally got some sleep in the morning - arrived for breakfast at 8:54 - got lip about getting eggs as breakfast ends at 9

Location

My room was infested with ants. I was moved to another room and it also had ant issue. I asked for a refund and booked at another hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Very clean. Carpet needs to be replaced but other than that it was great.

Shower and the houskeeping

The room card kept going out and every time I to go the desk to get it activated

The location is behind a Home Depot away from the busy highway and streets.

Disappointed for the star rating. Staff was friendly to me but to others one was not. The beds were okay and the food for breakfast. The walls paint was chipping, mold in the bathroom, signs posted with tape, gym bagged off, and pool not available.

Great location and the room was very clean. The very helpful and friendly staff. Would reconmment this hotel to anyone.

Parking is small but not a big issue. Pool was closed.

Location

Did not like the peeling popcorn ceilings, the broken cabinet door for the refrigerator unit (the wood also had a large chip missing), the stem of the desk chair was broken and swung from the chair and didn¿t care for the mold about the bathroom door.

Good location with restaurants and shopping nearby

Bathroom had paint peeling off the walls. The desk in the room was heavily damaged

This hotel is surrounded by restaurants. 15 minutes away from downtown Memphis. Loved the price and the room

The 50inch flat-screen was nice and the location was close to everywhere I needed to go and the hot breakfast was great. The property was clean and well lit.

The bed is soft but the pillows are at best adequate. The room was clean but the cabinet in my particular room was broken and dated but functional.

Fixing washer

Washer broke, not all advertised avail.

Check in was great. The desk lady was sweet and informative. It was in a location where everything was close. Restaurants, target and Walmart.

The parking can be tight, but we had no problems with finding a space.

The staff was friendly

The hotel was run down and the furniture was broken.

Design, clean and location
